Couch soiled and seat was broken. Valet service our car wasn’t locked while parked overnight. our car searched glove box etc We had removed anything of value. Disappointed!!

The room was the best value for the quality and size of the room I’ve ever experienced definitely booking again in the future. A staff member found me struggling to find the outdoor patio and gladly lead me to my destination with a smile the whole way, great service and a very comfortable setting.

The breakfast was very appealing. I hate to be so bold but I’ve had a better continental breakfast at a super 8. The biscuit quality was very very low as well as the gravy. There also weren’t very many options. My constructive criticism would be to hire a breakfast chef and crew to aid him serving a 5 star quality breakfast matching the rest of the residence.

Unfortunately the shower in my room did not function. When trying to get ready for a very important business meeting I was shocked to see literally no water coming out of the shower. It took 30 minutes to have a repair man come to my room... but to no avail as he did not have the right tools to fix the shower. Feeling fresh and ready for such an important meeting is all part of how you give yourself confidence when having to takle such important parts of your job... I was miserably let down by the hotel!

I tried to cancel at the last minute because of sick kids at home (I was told when I called the property that this would be fine but I needed to contact Booking.com, which I did). that being said, I have not been reimbursed. in the future will not use booking.com and will instead stay at the AC hotel.
