We liked that we could walk to the beach

We didn't like the fact the pool was taped off so we couldn't get in the pool for most of our stay

The sofa needs replacement. More kitchen items need to be available. Time for carpet replacement.

Beautiful, well equipped condo. Great location, close to pools and short walk to beach.

BEACH (5 STARS): The main walkway to the beach does have several stairs, up a couple, walk a little, up a couple more, walk a little, down a couple, walk a little, up a couple- you get the point. We don't have a stroller/wagon or wheelchair, but it's worth noting for others that do. However, we did see signs for those with wheels to take a different route- so check that out before going through here! Once you get to the sand, it's a quick quick walk. Google earth will give you a good view. The area to rinse off has great water pressure. Also, the walk there is beautiful. ISLAND CLUB (5+ STARS): The plants, the grounds, the ponds- BEAUTIFUL!! They were constantly trimming and cleaning it all. They do a wonderful job! We asked if there were any resident alligators and they told us they remove them when one does stumble upon the waters here. CONDO (4 STARS): We stayed in the 107 in the building to the left. The unit is as described. Photos were accurate. It was spacious. It didn't come with any garbage bags, but thankfully we were prepared with our own. Also, we didn't see an elevator, but it only took us 3 trips in total to bring in the stuff up the two half bits of stairs. If you order from DoorDash or similar, specify with your driver that it’s the building on the left. Our driver took it to the other building. Beds (5 stars): The best part of the whole stay. The beds/mattresses (Ikea) and pillows (Ralph Lauren) were VERY comfortable. I slept really well. Privacy/Sound (5 stars): We could not hear people next to us, except when they closed their balcony door. It was awesome!!! Normally walls are very thin in condo/hotel buildings, but this was sound proof.

Cleanliness (2 STARS): Let me explain. I did rate it 4 stars and edited it. It's fine overall. It needs a good hard cleaning of floors/tiles, carpets, shower, chairs (see photos) etc. But it does feel clean enough to live in for a week. It felt vacuumed and linens cleaned. A good cleaning and a grout paint pen would do wonders!! Also, I did find food and water bottle under dressers and on guest room balcony (we left them there, we never used this balcony). The reason I rated it 2 is because we found roach like bugs the 3rd day. I contacted Vacasa and kept getting told “we will get back to you”. I did this via chat and email so I could have everything in writing with a timeline. We found 3 alive and 3 dead. The dead ones were in corners. The live ones were in the middle of the rug we had been playing on. We found them one day when we came back from the beach. We had to wash all of our clothes and pack our suitcases on day 3 to combat the fear of bringing home a roach (most likely). It was uncomfortable and I had a lot of anxiety the last two days. ‍POOL (1 STAR): The one area we were truly disappointed. From the photos and from a distance it's wonderful and one of the reasons we CHOSE this place. We loved the idea of the waterfall wall, but that wasn’t on at all. The pool is cloudy. So dirty. Not at first, but when you get close and especially if you have goggles. You can’t see your foot when you’re standing in the pool. We lasted about 10 minutes and left to rush to the shower. It's as if there's limited filtering. It was the warmest pool we've ever been in, and without the cloudy color it would have been wonderful, but the color plus the warmth made us feel gross. The baby pool did feel much cleaner. It was too small for my kids, but they ended up playing there a few times since they couldn’t get in the dirty pool. We didn't try the hot tub or tanning shelf.

The condo was very comfortable for a family of 5. Ample space and all necessary amenities and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Not applicable. No breakfast offered. We had our own kitchen and fixed our own meals and went out to restaurants.

The beds need to be replaced. Caused us to have back aches. There were no placemats for the table so we had to use paper towels under our plates. Ants crawled out from under the coffee pot the first time we used it. The refrigerator needs to be replaced, the front door is rusted and dented. The side as well. The master sink did not drain well.

We had a lovely view, and a short walk to the beach. The condo was well-kept and well equipped.

The location, the layout, the decor, access to the beach

The check in was too complicated. Did not fully realize I needed to go to the Vacasa app versus Bookings. could not find the 3 digit code easily to access the condo. had to call the staff only to get the security guide. The security guide was most helpful who came to the condo and gave us the code to access the condo since there were no keys also the footfalls from the above condo were very loud.

Three bathrooms, heated pool area. Nice little walk to beach. Health club.

Condo was run down. Mis match furniture. Condo just felt dirty because of its age. Friend stayed at same location and condo was great and they paid the same. #108 is far from the beach and should be stated when booking.

Great location within just a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Really liked the bed which is quite rare for us. Our stay was quiet and comfortable every night. Key pad entry was very nice, we didn't have to take keys with us.

Apartment could have used a little up keep. 2 of 6 lights working in the bathroom and lampshade missing in the living room. Coffee pot did not fit coffee maker. We never did get a combination for the lock box outside the front door.

I didn't know about breakfast? Was there breakfast? The pool was great, very COLD but nice on a hot day. The area was clean, plants well maintained and a great location.

I don't recall being asked if I would like a first floor location. I had had knee surgery and really struggled up and down the stairs both inside and outside. I don't know if that was even an option but I will remember to ask next time.
