LOCATION

Place was filthy. Full kitchen garbage can stunk when we first arrived!!! Dirty towels in master bath on floor. Slider to back deck did not lock. Had to keep all valuables in our vehicle the whole visit which left us going back & forth. Dishwasher was full of dishes upon arrival. I texted & emailed my contact people to find out if the place had ever been cleaned but noone ever returned my messages. I texted & emailed pictures of all of this & have yet to hear from anyone. I payed almost $900.00 for 3 nights stay and that is what we got!!!!!!

It was well appointed and comfortable . We also liked the private beach access .

The location was good. Fairly close to the beach. The condos were very mid-range with cheap showers, etc. But there was everything we needed.

Going to another site to get welcome packet was a pain at the end of a long driving trip. No information in the condo about facilities nearby, how to use TV (which we could never get to work--either couldn't change channels or no sound), etc. Very used chairs, etc. on very small balcony (patio) with sandy cart, lots of dead leaves, should have been cleaned a bit. Shower and fixtures were very low-end. But all was useable.

The condo was clean and a five minute walk to the beach. The amenities were awesome . My only complaint was The guard at the gate his name was Warren we had three cars six adults which was 6 people I asked him was there a place we could park the third car he told we knew before we came which I did not know because when I went to pick up the packet they told me we were allowed three cars the condo slept 6 Warren was rude and very unprofessional I asked if he had a supervisor he said nope and that doesn’t matter no one is going to do nothing about it . Other than that horrible Experience and he said he doesn’t work for the grounds he works for the security company.

The security guard was very rude his name was Warren we were told the condo slept 6 we did not know you were only two cars and the office told us three cars I simply asked was there a place we could park the third car Warren was very unprofessional not his problem and we knew that I asked if he had a supervisor he said nope I don’t work for the facility and ain’t nobody going to do nothing about it anyway... so we spent our first day here stressing about finding a place to park the third car however once we got that squared away our stay was amazing but Warren on the other hand is not a happy person and shouldn’t be aloud to speak to people because he is not a people person .

I loved the condo! Clean, I didn't have to keep up with a door key, I loved it had everything I needed. It was everything I was looking for.

The only thing I'm complaining about is the location. I didn't like having to walk through a jungle to get to the beach. I loved the condo just wish it was more on the beach. I walked alot on my vacation. Also there weren't any umbrellas with chairs for rent on Folley Beach where the 106A paddle is located. That was a huge inconvenience. It was incredibly sunny and hot on my vacation so walking up the beach to find rental chairs and umbrellas, Was a chore. I ended up renting where the 110A paddle was.... That was a long unnecessary walk.

The place wasn’t very clean. Also, there were people working on the unit right above and it was so obnoxiously loud that we couldn’t spend any time there during the day.
