Godetevi questo spazioso stile ranch, 5 camere da letto in un quartiere tranquillo, situato a nord-est del centro di Colorado Springs. La casa ha nuovi pavimenti in legno in cucina e soggiorno, nuovo piano di lavoro in granito in cucina e mobili aggiornati in tutto. Il primo piano dispone di 3 camere da letto, tra cui master suite, ospite bagno completo, ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina abitabile. Il livello inferiore ha 2 camere da letto, bagno completo, soggiorno e area giochi, servizio lavanderia e più letti. C'è un cortile privato con patio e grill a gas e due box auto collegato. Wifi ad alta velocità (150 mbs) e TV via cavo forniti in soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e livello inferiore.

The house was perfect for our family vacation of 7 adults and 3 small children. The property had gates we could use at the top and bottom of the stairs for child safety. It also had a booster seat, high chair and a pack and play. That was very nice because we only had to bring one pack and play. The number of bedrooms (3 up and 3 down), beds and bathrooms (3 full) were perfect for our family. The location was good for sight seeing. We were 10-30 minutes from any sight we wanted to see. The house was clean. We were able to cook and bake. I did bring a plastic pitcher because I have found most places don’t provide that. We had a 15 passenger van and 7 passenger van. We would not have gotten both in the driveway, but having garage parking allowed us to put the 7 passenger van in the garage and the 15 passenger van in the driveway. The street parking was pretty crowded but we did not need it. The toys in the basement were enjoyed by the kids. The host was very responsive and checked on us. One thing of note about Colorado Springs (not the property) is that you have to take your own recyclable bags for groceries or anything you purchase. This was a little frustrating as I could have brought something from home instead of having to purchase some. This was not the fault of the host-just helpful information. Grocery stores and gas stations were within 10 minutes. Thank you! We had a great time and would stay here again if we came back to the area.

Very comfortable, clean, and accommodating! The host reached out several times to ensure things were going as expected. Conveniently located to all things Colorado Springs!

The experience was very accommodating.The parking has could be challenging, if your family or friends has more then one car.I recommend Vrbo to anyone that is looking for an special occasion or long-short vacation or events.Our family had an amazing experience.

We stayed there with family for my son's wedding. We felt right at home. The couch is amazing and fully loaded kitchen. I highly recommend.
