Casa e giardini migliori in primo piano. Situato nel quartiere migliore e più sicuro di Colorado Springs, l'Old North End. Sei isolati a nord del Colorado College e 12 isolati a nord del centro. Proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al Monument Valley Park con bici, sentieri per passeggiate e corsa e parchi giochi per bambini. Vicino a I-25 che ti dà un rapido accesso a tutte le Colorado Springs. Due camere matrimoniali con letti queen size. Tre camere da letto supplementari con cinque regine e tre doppie. Tre bagni e mezzo. I tavoli da ping pong e da biliardo e il gioco di Poker Arcade usano i nostri ospiti. Questa casa è un meraviglioso luogo di ritrovo per fughe di famiglia, riunioni, funerali, lauree e vacanze.

This was a wonderful house for our family get together. Lots of space, plenty of beds and fantasic decor. We got up every morning to enjoy the park across the street and the view of Pikes Peak. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this for other large groups.

Incredible property and service. This place is a hidden gem. We had a great trip and loved staying in the house. Michael was easy to communicate with and super flexible as our plans changed past minute. I can’t wait to visit again soon.

We immediately felt right at home in this beautiful house! It is immaculately clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, and the house is adjacent to trails and parks. Our family group includes four children, and the property was perfect for them, too. The host was so kind, and I know he would have been responsive had we had any issues, but we did not! The house is close to so many of the things we wanted to do on our trip, and it was the perfect home base. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect house for USAFA graduation. There was plenty of room for our large family. 10-15 minutes from everything in the C Springs area (Manitou, Garden of the Gods, Downtown, etc). It is the perfect location with an amazing view. Michael is the most responsive host we have ever had. He responded within minutes on any minor question we had. The added bonus was the spinner game. We are now looking how to get one ourselves. Overall the best VRBO experience we ever had.
