Questo condominio spazioso di 1150 piedi quadrati con tre camere da letto, due bagni offre splendide viste sul canale interno dal lanai. Questo condominio è dotato di un re letto, letto matrimoniale e 2 gemelli, quindi non c'è bisogno per i vostri ospiti di dormire su un divano! Il condominio ha nuovi tv a schermo piatto (soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, camera degli ospiti), DVD, cavo digitale, internet wireless, lavatrice / asciugatrice full size in camera, lavastoviglie e ripiani in granito.
Il complesso dispone di una favolosa piscina riscaldata (la più grande dell'isola), area barbecue e gazebo con 6 barbecue), vasca idromassaggio, servizi igienici a bordo piscina e moli per l'attracco degli ospiti sono tutti situati all'interno del complesso condominiale.
Si tratta di una breve passeggiata (3-4 minuti) per le spiagge di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. I ristoranti, i teatri e i negozi sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi o, se preferisci, puoi salire sul carrello pubblico.

Great condo with close access to the beach! The property grounds have a gorgeous pool area and place to grill. We would definitely return.

Condo was nice. Kitchen is small but fine for the size of the condo. The pool was heated and large! Plenty of loungers and tables with umbrellas so that was our favorite. The beach is just across the street and easy to get to. We liked the location. Easy to go south to restaurants in Bonita Springs. I would stay here again.

Rented the end of June. Condo is very well laid out with plenty of room and bedrooms were perfect for our group of 5. Very quiet (no noisy neighbors) and clean. Pool is bigger than most in the area and was never crowded. Short block and a half walk to the beach, which is very private and quiet. The shells were beautiful! Owner has several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a couple of different sized coolers to use in a storage until on 1st floor so don’t have to lug upstairs. Property owner (Vito) is very responsive - we had questions about the TV and text him at 9pm and he called us right away. He was also very accommodating with check in - we arrived around 10am and he allowed us to enter early as the property was cleaned and ready to go. We will definitely be renting again and suggest to all of our friends.

We loved the location, the condo in general, and the pool. Unfortunately our feet were very dirty/ black after just a few steps inside without socks (floors were not clean and needed mopped/ cleaned badly so we were forced to were socks/ socks + shoes inside). There was no extra toilet paper (only had the fresh roll in the main bathroom and half a roll in the master bathroom), no extra paper towels (only had half a roll and that ran out fast), the tiniest amount of hand soap in the main bathroom and no extra (that ran out the first day), no extra pillow cases for the extra pillows and no dishwasher detergent. The towels were very musty smelling like they hadn’t been dried all the way and the queen bedding in one room didn’t appear to be washed that well. If we would have known we needed all the supplies we would have bought them at Walmart on our way in so we found that extremely disappointing and frustrating. Wasted time rewashing towels and finding solutions to everything listed above but the condo overall was a cool place and great location. Vito is also a very nice guy! Would stay again but I really hope these supply issues and cleaning are not a problem in the future.
