Room not clean , bed sheets , pillow covers not cleaned , room heater is not in working position, door locks not proper, lift is under construction

Poor facilities, at night 1 PM reached near to hotel but no sign boards there. Contact numbers given not picked. Waited for 30 min on road at Kate night with family. Finally owner picked the phone. Home stay started with no water in night, no cutlery. Rooms shown given in site are different from the room we got. In excitement I open the room windows to check mountain view and found big wall infront of room. Then paid 1000 rs extra next day and changed the room

We loved the bive of the hosts. the rooms e got were a service apartment. It was very spacious and clean. Very special mention to the Food. It was OUTSTANDING! Amaazinggg yummy hot food in our cold cold vacation!

Check in staff was very hospitable and helpful and overall condition was decent of the room. Service was a tad bit slow but good.
Breakfast was good aa well.
Property is situated in lower Bharari, which is 3.5 KMs from Lakkar Bazar (the closest entry point to ridge/ mall).
One can travel through cab from homestay to Lakkar Bazaar and vice versa, with one way fare being 200.
Climb to homestay rooms is another uphill task, owing to a lot of stairs.

Great property, clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious food and quite close to all the attractions in Shimla. We had to book it last minute but the caretaker Rahul and the rest of the staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended if you plan to spend time with either family or friends.
Can't think of anything. It's a bit outside Shimla so having transportation would be a clever thing but that's a minor issue.

the staff named shashi helped us a lot with a solution when ever we are facing problem
the rooms had smell and washroom ran out of water 3-4 times, can't recommend for family, one night all floor was filled with water bcoz of rain, water drops where dropping from ceiling in living area
we booked 4 room apartment (club house) if u are travelling with 70+ elders then this property is not for u
u have to climb 70 stairs after lift to reach your apartment,
we had 2 infants and 2 8yrs kids
so we managed

- one room gyser gave hot water only for 5 mins and the second room gyser was broken
- wifi was closed at night
- lift wasn’t working at night
- no cells in tv remote
- the condition of the rooms was very bad and poor quality

i strongly recommend everyone don’t book this property at all. far away from mall road. I went there with my family. my mother not able to climb the stairs they give us the room on 3rd floor which is pathetic. i request them to change bcz of my mother but there staff is so arrogant. They even dint talk with you properly. Poor service. Poor hospitality.

Accessibility-1/5 star, No parking available for guests, barrow and very steeply situated. My front tyre almost spoilt because of steepness and ill maintained road of property.
No Cleanliness at all, dirty linen, no tea making facilities. curtain rods broken, no curtain installed in one room. weird smelling place like a zero star hotel.
Shower taps broken, toilet seat water jet not at all working

They had shown a moon but gave us nothing. Absolute Filthy place.
