We decided to get away after Christmas with my parents. This place was close to some of the best food we found and a few shopping places. It was the perfect spot for a nice, quiet, relaxing break.

We stayed at the condo for four nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped and the views were stunning! Access to the beach was easy. KC was easy to reach and checked in with us before and during our visit. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

The owner offered up his cell immediately after booking. Just before the trip he let me know the dishwasher wasn’t working. He had someone come hand wash our dishes at the midpoint of our stay and provided two beach chairs for the length of our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. On check in the code didn’t work and he was immediately responsive and able to let us in. Would recommend this condo! Great place to stay and super helpful owner!

We really needed a Getaway for a few days and this was the perfect choice for our 1st VRBO experience. We loved it's convenient location. Communication with the owner was Great and Appreciated. The view IS TRULY SPECTACULAR. We hope to Return.

We enjoyed our recent stay very much. It was a our first trip to Pensacola and we will be back. The condo is walking distance to the pier and restaurants and the view cannot be beat. We loved watching dolphins from our 14th floor balcony while having coffee each morning!

We had a girls weekend. It was a clean, well equipped condo. Communication with the owner was very efficient. Great location right on the beach and easy access to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The communication with our host through the whole process was amazing. KC gave great instructions prior to & during our visit to help us get the most out of our trip. Check-in instructions were clear and detailed, making the process simple to follow & stress-free.
The unit is conveniently located within walking distance to most restaurants and attractions. We appreciated the personal guide that was in the unit giving information and suggestions to local spots.
The condo itself was very clean and well set up, complete with beach toys & games. The whole complex was well maintained and the staff friendly. We would highly recommend this host and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed everything about this condo; the view off the balcony is incredible. Location couldn’t be better positioned with everything within walking distance. And just a quick elevator ride and you’re on the beach! Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Whenever we had a question about something we got an answer almost immediately and always very helpful. It was a great location and everything was kept so nice and clean. Definitely recommend and would come back ourselves.

KC was an amazing host who was super informative and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We stayed during Blue Angels weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better condo. It was clean, it was in a great location, and it offered an awesome Blues experience. We watched from the balcony one day. Then we moved down to the Gulf for the next day. The last day we walked over to the sound side for the show. Overall this condo was perfect and provided everything we needed/wanted.

Beach location was perfect! I will say that if you like to sleep in past sunrise you should take an eye mask. The condo does not have any treatments on the windows to block out light in the early morning hours. Everything else was perfect!

The beach wasn’t crowded and there were several restaurants, shops and entertainment within walking distance.
The only improvement I can see would be to add window blinds or curtains in the den in case someone is sleeping in the sofa bed, which we may need to do the next time we’d go since we’d have my parents with us then.

First, it was absolutely one of the cleanest condo's I have been to in the panhandle. Exactly as advertised with plenty of space, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Towels, sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable. This condo has easy access right off the elevator and I was impressed at how little I had to wait on one considering it was a very busy holiday weekend. Emerald Isle is in a great location and I had no trouble finding parking spots which is a bonus. The building is nice and well kept with fairly easy access to the beach which is important when you have an elder with you. Beach chair rentals were easy and well attended which is helpful. Best of all the views from the well appointed balcony were exceptional and plenty of space for four people. We were lucky to view a Blue Angel beach buzz and my son was super excited to be eye level with the jets and was able to see pilot and cockpit from the balcony.
KC was helpful and went above and beyond with current fun things to do in the area as well as leaving personal restaraunt fav's in a guest guide. Thank you for sharing your home with us! I hope to be back someday - soon!

The condo has amazing gulf front views from the living room and master bedroom in addition to the large patio. The patio has a table and chairs to eat your meals or have a cup of coffee while enjoying the amazing views. We saw dolphins in the mornings from the patio. Knute was very friendly & responsive to all questions. The pool and beach were great! The condo is in a good location and is gated with a code so liked the security. The pool access from the beach also required a code too which was only for guests. We had a great time!

Our stay here was beyond our expectations. Prior to our arrival, KC provided us with detailed directions as well as a guest guide with excellent recommendations for things to do and see and places to eat in the area. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions to access the condo were clear and concise. The view from the 14th floor is spectacular. The location was superb. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants in the area. The unit is fully stocked. Thank you KC for the wonderful stay and for the plum jam! We hope to be back next year!

The condo is very clean, bright, roomy and has everything you need for your stay! The property manager was extremely responsive and friendly to work with. The view from the oversized balcony is simply amazing! The beach is not too overcrowded here, compared to other places we have been during spring break time.

We (five family members) had a wonderful time at KC's condo It was the second time for us staying at Emerald Isle, but the first time in this unit. We found everything we needed in the unit and the views were spectacular. The kitchen was well appointed, the Living Room comfortable, and the beds were very good. I don't usually sleep well away from home, but had no problem at the condo this past week. Emerald Isle is on the beach, and close to many restaurants and shops on Pensacola Beach. Not far from historic downtown Pensacola (patronized a couple of restaurants and breweries there, too) or the airport. Communication with KC was exceptional and helpful before and during our stay. Gated and secure parking, building and pool area was a plus.

It was wonderful staying at this condo.. the view, the kitchen, rooms and everything was very clean..It was peaceful. I will definitely refer this condo and I will definitely be back again!

Overall a good experience. Seemed like a very secure place. I felt safe here. Hard to beat the beautiful view. The location is excellent. My only complaints would be that the Wi-Fi went out and the place could use a little updating but I would still recommend! I would stay here again!

KC was great at communicating from the time we reserved to us checking out; easy to reach out to him and his instructions were well documented. It's an amazing property right on the beach on the 14th floor. We loved the sunrise and sunset that you can just sit and enjoy from the balcony. Everything else is close by, and an amazing beach right on the property. I would highly recommend it to others!
