**Please note, there is a new building construction next door to Emerald Isle. While, we cannot offer a timeline, the project did start July 2026. While it does not disturb the grounds or parking of Emerald Isle, we do expect construction noise during this project.

Guests receive a gate code for entry to the property and access to the private parking lot. The condo also has its own private entrance with a unique guest code for easy, secure access. Our office is located just one block away, so weโre always nearby if guests need anything during their stay. ๐ด

Emerald Isle sits in a prime location on Pensacola Beach and offers a gated property designed for comfort and peace of mind. Guests are provided with entry codes for both the gate and the building, creating a secure and private environment throughout their stay.
The resort offers excellent amenities for guests of all ages, including two outdoor swimming pools and a relaxing hot tub. There is also an on-site fitness center for those who like to keep up with their workouts while away from home.
Every condo at Emerald Isle features a Gulf-front balcony, perfect for taking in the incredible views of the emerald-green water and soft white sand. Beautiful condo with great beach access. The views from inside and on the balcony were amazing! Kitchen had everything, a smaller nonstick pan would have been nice. The elevators did break 3 times and were out for the whole day each of the 3 different times, leaving the entire building to 1 elevator, good thing this is on the second floor I couldnโt imagine being on a higher floor. Condo was very clean, blinds in the back bedroom had a broken slat that was kind of annoying but there were curtains to block out the light. Water pressure was great. Had issues during check in with the door keypad but the host was AMAZING at resolving and super easy to communicate with. The building staff were friendly and super helpful, pool was always clean a little chilly but we had cooler weather. It would have been nice to have a cleaner or something to wipe the counters and table down with after using but we just kept forgetting when at the store. Tons of seashells to be found and ghost crab hunting was super fun!

Two lovely pools, one heated one not heated nice hot tub too. The beautiful windows looked straight out at the pools and the golf of Mexico.We hope .One small issue that might bother others, but we were fine with it, the end of the curtaincurtain that opens to the sliding doors from the family room has torn off of its attachment to the rod.

The view was wonderful and the condo was equally wonderful. We loved the easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. The complimentary beach chair and umbrella rental was used every day as were the pools. There was plenty of space in the condo for 8 people. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo! Clean and well kept! Easy beach and pool access, no noise issues from other guests, really the perfect stay! Only thing that I didn't see mentioned in any descriptions is limited amount of laundry and dishwasher pods. It worked out fine, but just something to be aware of. And no spices or anything are kept in the house, so if cooking, be prepared to purchase everything but table salt and pepper. Not huge issues, just nice to know when planning for groceries.
