Perfect location. Great home. Very well equipped !

This beach house might be one of the best i've ever stayed at. Its beautifully done, the pool is great. The grill worked perfectly. The amount of floats, chairs, beach stuff is the most i've ever seen at a renteal. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that i wish was different was more privacy in the master suite. Although it worked for us with young kids that go to bed early, the lack of doors, or walls could severely limit a group with older kids or multiiple families staying together. Also wasn't a fan of the saloon doors on the toilet room in the master bathroom. But overall, a great place with a great location!

We absolutely loved this property! Great location, close to the beach. The property manager was wonderful and made sure that our party was ok when severe weather occurred in the area. Very pleased and would definitely book again!

Lovely home, has everything a family could use for a beach vacation. They even had an elevator, which was so helpful for a family member who had trouble walking.

We had an amazing stay! The house was VERY clean, very comfortable and relaxing with wonderful views. The beach is just steps away. The beds were great and all bedrooms had televisions. The kitchen was very well supplied. The pool was incredible, especially at night with the fire pit going! We could not believe how well appointed this house was with “extras”. Quite a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, floats, pool noodles, games, skim board, boogie board, paddle board, surf board, bicycles in all sizes, helmets and more… they have thought of everything! The host was excellent. Elizabeth could not have been more thoughtful, kind and accommodating!! Quickly responding to all of our questions and requests. I highly recommend this house for a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous views! Property was very clean and backyard with pool was a blast! Brought our pups and had so much fun! 10/10!

Property owner/manager went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - including a brand new crockpot, suggesting/offering to heat the pool, having the house ready/cleaned for an early check in etc! The house was fully stocked in the kitchen and beachhouse amenities (cornhole game, bikes, pool floats etc). The heated pool was a lifesaver due to cold Easter weekend temps…wish we had brought our portable outdoor fire pit (perhaps add to the amenities shed?!?). We loved the covered balconies facing the beach/Gulf. As a long term suggestion - convert the master on the third level from a loft to a true bedroom with walls & a door. A regular door to the water closet on the third level full bath and door to the bathroom area would help in the meantime. Me and my husband opted for the king on the second/main level for privacy/sound reasons but our son and his friends loved having the top to themselves! Thanks for a great trip!

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Super easy access to the beach and the pool was great. We had two families and had plenty of room in the house. The bikes and beach accessories were an amazing surprise, everything we could possibly need for fun days at the beach. We would love to come back for another trip!

This was our second visit to Sunshine House it is fabulous. We love everything, beautiful home, warm pool for the kids, great location and view! They welcome our dogs!

A+ VRBO rental!! Only one small issue that was taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this house for anyone that has a pet . Fenced in back yard/ pool area with gates on decks in front and back to keep Fido corralled. Beds were very comfortable and all amenities were above average.

We had a wonderful trip all my wife wanted for our 25th wedding anniversary was to have all her children together for Christmas. Wow we picked the coldest Christmas and New Year’s in 30 years this house was so well appointed and the hosts were so accommodating and we could not have had a better trip unless of course it was 80° :) Such a beautiful home and such a beautiful place with such understanding and accommodating hosts made this our best family Christmas ever.

We stayed at the property for the Snowball Derby. The property manager was extremely helpful, and the house was fully equipped to meet all our needs. I have stayed at many VRBO's before and this one checked all the boxes. The pool was perfect, along with the barbeque and firepit. The house has awesome views of the the ocean along with a 60 second walk to the beach from the house. We cant wait to go back there next year.

This is a wonderful property. Access to the gulf is steps away. views of the gulf from the plentiful balconies! Hearing the waves crash on the sand is music to the soul. The home had all kitchen needs for cooking and serving. All appliances were new and worked well. The backyard pool patio area was wonderful.

My family and I enjoyed hosting our daughter’s baby shower at Sunshine Beach House. The location was great, right on the beach. The home was spacious with the living room/kitchen/dining room being open and was perfect for guests. The outside set up allowed for ample room for guests to mingle. The place was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely look to rent again when the weather is not so cold so we can enjoy the pool and outdoor activities. Communication was great and host was extremely helpful. Having the elevator was a plus for transporting everything for the event to the second floor as well as guests who could not make the stairs. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Sunshine Beach House.

Wonderful beach home that was completely joyed by the whole family.

Our family had a great time. The bikes and water toys made for enjoyable moments at the beach and the nearby bike paths. Owners answered all requests promptly. We’d love to stay here again

The house was very clean. Owners were very quick to respond and since they live next door, they were quick to come over and resolve any issues. The only complaint was the yard in the back. Not really pet friendly as this apparently is the season for Sand Spurs and our dog was covered in spiky spurs if he went wandering. But, when mentioned to Elizabeth, it was not even 10 minutes and she was over at the house giving us suggestions on where else to walk our pup. Overall, the house served our needs just fine. Having all the bikes available was great and it was a short walk over to the beach. We enjoyed our stay; wish it was a little warmer, but at least we were able to be at the beach. Thank you Elizabeth.

We were a party of 7; us, 3 of our adult kids and their significant others. It's a short and convenient walk to a very nice beach. The beach chairs and wheeled cart provided were much appreciated. We didn't locate any beach towels; not a problem, just something to be aware of while packing. Fortunately there are shops a short drive away where we bought some beach towels. There are many good restaurants nearby and we enjoyed dinner out a couple of times. But mostly we opted to cook our own meals and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. There's even a gas grill. ****The private swimming pool is wonderful!!!**** Beds are comfortable except for the pullout sofa beds in the living room. One of our kids is single so he slept on the pull out sofa and said it is not comfortable (he's not picky, so it must have been really uncomfortable for him to complain). Most rental homes have the bare minimum but that's not the case at Sunshine Beach House. It is well furnished. Even the artwork is tasteful. Plenty of seating areas on decks overlooking the ocean, and on the back deck and around the pool. Just a couple of things to be aware of: the upper floor bedroom and bathroom are open concept, so privacy is an issue. It wouldn't prevent us from staying again but some might have an issue with it. There are no light fixtures in the back yard so the only light for the swimming pool are the submersed lights in the pool. The pool deck is not lit at night. Not an issue during the day. We played cards at the large table pool side, which was super fun. We could have dined there also, but there is a large table in the dining room where we ate our meals. 10 out of 10 we would stay here again.

The house had everything we needed, and if it didn’t, Elizabeth fulfilled our requests in minutes. She was very accommodating. The beach is closer than it looks in the pictures and an easy walk. Pensacola is a great place to stay with fun restaurants and shopping. Enjoy!

The house was stocked with everything and more than you can imagine! This was the dream house that we always wanted with the perfect reach to the beach and view for our wedding. We truly are blessed to have stayed here and enjoyed every second of it. Each of our guest were in LOVE with the house.
