The location, design and the staff
There are dirty Windows, some dirt in the stircases, spidernet in all corner ( non in the rom s that were perfekt)

Hotel is in good place for visiting Roterdam. Really good restorants (Italians) around. Breakfest is excellent, different kind of food. Metro station is near by, also e-bikes on the street.
Stuff was a bit arrogant. Room cleaning would have been better (stickers from previous Client on the table, dust under the bed) , considering it was not the cheapest hotel. Parking is for fee in the Lidl parking house. But in the night time there is no other accsess (after parking) to the hotel, than through the street.

Great quality hotel, with parking below and a lovely, relaxing feel. Excellent facilities in the bedroom with a great shower. Breakfast was great and some of the best bread we’ve had in a hotel!
Slightly further out from the centre although there is public transport very close if needed and the walk to the Markthal area is easy

Good bedroom space
wc and shower separate
Good gym
Beautiful lobby
We did the check-in more than 1 hour later because the room was not ready on time. The system was also not working.
Room service was very poor: they didn’t refill tissues or coffee, didn’t clean the cutlery, there was no bag in the toilet bin, and they didn’t provide shampoo, body lotion, dental kit, etc. The lighting in the room was quite bad, and one of the lamps was even slightly broken.
I attached some pictures to prove that, but it only allowed me to upload 4 photos.
Definitely not worth the price we paid. Completely overpriced.

"Hotel comodo vicino al centro di Rotterdam e vicino alla stazione centrale, stanze ampie e pulite, davvero molto apprezzata la macchinetta del caffè nespresso. Struttura vicina a tutti i punti di magg..."
