Secondo Piano: grande camera familiare con camino, sala da pranzo, ulteriore zona cucina soggiorno, cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno e camera da letto. Terzo piano con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni. corridoi di grandi dimensioni in tutta casa. Tutti dipinta di fresco, arredamento bellissimo spiaggia. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto e sono dotate di televisori a schermo piatto. Casa è dotata di aria centrale, (2 unità separate). Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono al terzo piano. 3 off parcheggi strada. 2 mazzi anteriori, uno off camera familiare e una tantum di camera da letto matrimoniale. Piccolo cortile recintato dietro la casa. L'accesso al mare è solo una strada da attraversare. Tutto ciò che si potrebbe chiedere in una casa arredata con gusto. Se siete alla ricerca di un vero e proprio rifugio spiaggia dove è possibile diffondere fuori e non sentirsi stretti, questa è la casa per voi. Questa casa è perfetta per le famiglie multiple / riunioni.

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect - less than 10 minutes to the beach and boardwalk, and relatively close to anything else you could want to do. The space itself is much bigger than the pictures and was even more updated that I thought it would be. Everything was very clean, which is hard to do being so close to a sandy beach! Plenty of parking, plus street parking wasn’t too bad since we visited during the off season. More than enough space for all of us, and a very comfortable home. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend this space to anyone!!!!

The house was beautiful. Very large plenty of room for all of us. We were 8 adults and 8 kids. Definitely recommend this house. We loved it!

We had almost a perfect week in North Wildwood with ideal weather and a great place to stay. We were attracted to Chris Eckert's beautiful beach house because it had five bedrooms and ample living space. But we were absolutely floored when we walked in! This house was just spotlessly clean and the pride of its owner shined thru and thru. The kitchen was huge and fantastic and well stocked with everything we would need. There were 4 bathrooms located in great spots and my wife and I sure loved the size of the master bedroom which was massive. There was ample available parking with 2 driveway spots, a 3rd spot in front of the driveway, and given the units end of block location there were several spots on Atlantic Avenue right next to this house. This was our first family vacation in North Wildwood and we had a great time mostly due to this wonderful beach house on 18th Street! Many Thanks to Chris Eckert for allowing us to stay there at a very reasonable price!

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a bigger group. The communication with the host was great, he even let us check in much earlier. Will be renting from him again!

Fantastic property and location. The condo had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. Had an incredible weekend!

The property was just as described and location was great. Stayed here with group of moms and daughters and the rooms were spacious. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed, had plenty of hangout space for the kids. The owner was very easy to get in touch with. Overall a great house to rent for large groups. Definitely would come again!

We had a great long weekend with family and friends from CA. The walk to the beach was nice and the house had plenty of space for everyone. The house was a bit dusty upon arrival but nothing a quick wipe down couldn’t handle. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We love staying at this property. Chris and fam have a great location, and it is always in great shape. This is our 2nd year here and we've already talked about considering booking for next year. Just a few blocks from the beach, easy walk straight up to the boardwalk. You can't go wrong staying here.

Another perfect vacation
This is our second year renting the property on 18th Street. Once again, the house was spotless and well-equipped. The location is ideal and there’s plenty of room to spread out while enjoying each other’s company. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation
Rented for a week with my family, as well as my wife’s family. Property was very clean. Spacious, wide open layout, allowed for all guests to enjoy their time. Proximity to beach and boardwalk proved to be valuable with the kids. Would definitively be renting again!

Beautiful house
I rated 5 star for everything except cleanliness due to a severe ant problem mostly in the garage, kitchen and deck. I contacted manager & they sent an exterminator. We were very appreciative of the prompt service & the remainder of our vacation was ant free. Love the house & all the improvements that were made this year. Just beautiful!
