Room was super clean and well stocked! The front desk staff and staff in general were amazing and so accommodating!

Every time my husband or I moved while sleeping on the bed /mattress squeaked it was disappointing . Really didn’t expect that but we where so tired didn’t want to go or call about the problem

Nice hotel everything clean

That they charged me 4 times before I stayed there!!! All they gave me was free breakfast which should come with my stay! And they gave me free parking . What a joke never again will I stay at that location! After I reserved it and I put to pay at property. Still got charged twice and they charged me for breakfast and all they said was we will give you 10,000 points for you membership lol more like a slap in the face!!

The lady at the desk on Sunday 8/2/23 was rude, making rude faces when I was asking questions and acted like I was such a bother. My husband was sitting down in the lobby noticed and asked why she was making rude expressions. The lady at the front desk the previous day during check in was really nice and professional.

Definitely the best hotel in Santa Clara. The rooms are spacious and very elegant. You can clearly see the modern and European design in the hotel and in the rooms. It makes me feel at home. The breakfast is very good, the staff very attentive, I really can't put any problems.

The hotel is new and the staff just great! You can park inside for 18 USD, but also plenty of free slots in the street (literally 1 min walking). Comfy bed, good shower and very quiet room. I recommend!
