NOTA SPECIALE: l'effettivo VRBO del 4/1/19 ha iniziato a riscuotere e versare direttamente l'imposta sulle vendite statale anziché i proprietari. Sfortunatamente non hanno programmato il sistema per tenere conto di eventuali imposte locali sulle vendite / occupazione (come in precedenza). VRBO sta lavorando a questo problema. Nel frattempo dovrai pagarmi direttamente la tassa di soggiorno del 9% a Jamaica Beach che devo versare. Questo può essere fatto tramite PayPal, Venmo o tramite assegno. Ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente, e spero che VRBO riprogrammerà il sistema per risolverlo presto !! A partire dal 09/05/19 VRBO non ha risolto questo problema.
Questa pittoresca casa moderna di metà secolo aggiornata presenta pavimenti in sughero morbido per i piedi nudi, cucina e bagno aggiornati con ripiani in granito. Una delle migliori viste sull'acqua del canale sul West End di Galveston con molte finestre. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda ha 4 letti singoli.
NOTA: la tariffa quotata dovrebbe includere una tassa rimborsabile di sicurezza / danni di $ 500.
I servizi includono: aria / riscaldamento centralizzati, Internet DirecTV (TV in LR e MBR), lettore DVD (con selezione di film in DVD), barbecue (combinazione gas / carbone / fumatore), kayak, molti mobili da esterno tra cui tavolo da pranzo.

Pochi minuti a: LA SPIAGGIA! 2 ristoranti (più Subway), negozio di alimentari, negozio di liquori, noleggio di golf cart / sport acquatici, arredamento per la casa / negozio di articoli da regalo / boutique e ... Buck's West Bar (karaoke venerdì e sabato notte! più piscina, shuffleboard, ecc.)

Fantastic place to stay at in the Galveston, Jamaica beach area. The accuracy of the listing was spot on, the place is really nice with good furniture and an abundance, I mean, abundance, of kitchen supplies for cooking. Air conditioner works fantastic, the sheets and the beds were comfortable.This may be petty, but it’s so convenient. So many houses I’ve been to don’t have garbage disposals in the kitchen. Thank you for putting in a garbage disposal!Bathrooms were clean, water gets hot, there are numerous options for making coffee and even an ice cream maker and a blender.Chairs and overall seating was in great condition and very comfortable. Fans everywhere! Great location on the water.And above all one of the most important things about renting a property is communication. The owner, Matthew, was a great with his communication if we had questions. Quick to respond and clear. If I HAD to choose something I would change I would try to put a larger bed in the main bedroom, but the size of the room may not be great for that. Loved the place! Thanks Matthew!

We had a great time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. The host was readily available if I had any questions or issues. The house is right on the water which is what we were looking for. It's in a very nice neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Right down the road from the city park with a great pool, and a short drive down to the beach. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great spot! Love the view of the canal and the windows to look out of. The dogs loved it! Bummer that one of the kayaks was unavailable for use, but we made the most of it! Host had detailed descriptions and made sure the house was at a comfortable temperature when we arrived.

This property was great and the host had excellent communication, friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that we were expecting the lower deck area to have the comfy furniture it showed in their pictures. The furniture shown was not there, which was hugely disappointing. The expected outdoor experience was the main reason we chose this rental. Otherwise, the house was great! Plenty of hot water and the a/c worked perfectly.
