Charme Newport Beach 2 camere da letto 2 bagno di casa situato vicino al cuneo di fama mondiale nella penisola Point. Questa casa ben arredata offre un facile accesso alla spiaggia, a meno di 100 passi dalla sabbia. Godetevi il vostro caffè del mattino o la cena la sera sul invitante portico anteriore, o intrattenere privatamente nel cortile di casa confortevole. cucina recentemente aggiornato ha frigorifero, fornelli a gas, forno, microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, e lavastoviglie. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto, Apple TV e lettore DVD. Nel cortile si può godere il nostro grill a gas, carbone barbecue e pozzo del fuoco. Penisola Point, oltre ad essere uno dei quartieri più ambite di tutta Newport Beach, offre anche una spiaggia Bay (che è a soli 3 isolati a piedi dalla casa) per coloro che desiderano godersi l'acqua senza le onde. La casa si trova anche solo una breve passeggiata o un giro in bicicletta dalla zona divertente dove si possono noleggiare barche, paddle board, andare in una battuta di pesca, prendere il traghetto per Balboa Island, o semplicemente godere di uno dei tanti ristoranti. Posizione perfetta per una vacanza perfetta!

What a great spot! The home is charming, the neighborhood is quiet, the beach is close. This is a great place to stay with kids -- proximity to the beach, bikes, games and books.

We loved this cute little house! We were there with another couple for three nights and you can't beat the location. The kitchen is well-equipped and the host left us a few treats, which was a nice touch. We didn't have enough time to use all the beach supplies, but the bikes were great. Check-in was easy and the host was responsive and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

This little beach house is truly perfect! It’s adorable, clean, well stocked, great (and I do mean great) location, and a super sweet and responsive host. This house has everything you need. Kate has thought of it all. We appreciated the welcome snacks, the bikes and beach gear, the fire pit, quick beach access…all perfect. We had the best time in this little paradise. We will be returning again in the future for sure!

This cute little beach house had a lot of good about it, but it also needs some TLC. We loved the location, in a beautiful neighborhood close to a quiet part of the beach. We also loved having the bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas to use and the front porch was lovely each morning. The host was kind and generous. The house itself is in need of care. The master bed was horrific. The mattress itself was not comfortable and much too soft and each time myself or my husband would move in the bed, it would wobble and squeak. We got very little sleep in that bed. It was so bad that we ended up sleeping in the twin beds after the first night, which was certainly not ideal. The second night, the twin bed I stayed in was not clean, I'll spare the details, we cleaned it but it made for another rough night. There are several places throughout the house that need some love and look worn out or were fixed in haphazard ways. I realize this cute little house has been rented for over twenty years, so wear and tear is normal. I just wish I had been able to read a review that gave a genuine picture of what the house itself was like inside. So, here's that review. Cute house, but in need of some TLC after 20 years of renting.
