The best place for the money!!!
Heart of the West End, che si trova sulla penisola e parte del centro. Quartiere tranquillo, ma bei bar e ristorante a 1-2 isolati di distanza. La vita notturna è di soli 6-7 blocchi. Ottimo per intrattenere con 2 parcheggi fuori strada e un ampio patio recintato. All'interno è tutto in legno e piastrelle, concetto aperto con grande cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo al primo piano. Al piano superiore sono 3 camere da letto e un bagno w / lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale con una stanza extra large (master)

The location of the property was great. Easy access to lots of parks, eating establishments and grocery. The owner was very responsive. As indicated in other reviews however, this property needs updating. The sofa was very dirty (especially the top where people lean their heads against) and several springs felt like they were broken. The property listed a hot tub under popular amenities, but when we arrived we were informed that was a mistake and there was no hot tub. The owner did provide more amenities that originally listed such as laundry detergent and a few spices.

The house was in a good location and had great common areas and back yard. Could use updates but then price would go up

We had a good stay here for a week. It's a cool property but a bit run down. The couch is very dirty and stained. We had issues with the AC while we were there. One of the light fixtures was falling out of the ceiling, and the fire alarms were hanging open without any batteries. The beds were decent but quite loud when you move. The one shower in the property leaked water all over the floor and required extensive clean up every time it was used.
The property manager was very responsive and wanted to make sure we had a good stay but given all the problems I can't give this property more than 3 stars.
