Come and enjoy this fully remodeled 2 bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a historic brownstone row house in Portland' West End. The entire apartment is brand new and features: 2 bedrooms (one queen bed and one full bed), a fold out queen size sofa bed, in unit washer/dryer, WiFi, air conditioning, brand new appliances and dedicated off street parking 2-3 minute walk away.

Great location, one block to good restaurants. Good communication with the hosts and well organized, complete with "Welcome Book". Parking is a few blocks away in a dedicated parking lot, and no issue with parking space availability.There is some street noise at night from people walking by, getting out of clubs, etc. I also feel the apartment could use a little TLC to make it even better.

Location was exactly as advertised, very clean, and within walking distance of a number of local hot spots!

The apartment was in a great location. Our night was less than ideal, however, because the people in the apartment above us started walking around about 4 am and made it impossible to sleep—we could hear their every step. One of the bedrooms had no windows, and became quite hot at night and the door to downstairs didn’t completely close. The parking was also very inconvenient. All in all, it wasn’t the luxury stay we had hoped for.
