It’s hard to give a positive review because the first day we discovered that the shower, the second shower, not the master shower, was not draining and I contacted the management people every day twice and they never got it fixed.
Otherwise, the location and the size of the condo was excellent and it was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.
If I were to be picky, I would say a new master bedroom mattress would be great…

The sheets on the beds were not made up and very wrinkled. Looked really bad. The bunk bed sheet had a black hair and 2 small black bugs. They slept on top of the blanket. Door to bunk bed room was broken and off the hinges. The remodel was nice but could definitely use new mattress

The condo was in a great location with views of the ski resort. Check in was super easy and having ski lockers on the first floor was great. The newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen were lovely. Unfortunately, we found the beds super uncomfortable both in the master and 2nd bedroom. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for 3 of us.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect for the 4 of us. We didn’t cook but kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items if we wanted to cook. The balcony could use some cleaning, there was a grill that would have been nice to use but it was very dirty. Thanks for sharing this property.

Fantastic location just a 7 minute walk to Gondola. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms/kitchen. We had a party of 5 in the home and it worked out well for us.

Plenty of space for me and my three sons to chill out when not on the mountain. Very clean, great view, nice furnishings and bed space. The building also has a great heated pool and hot tub. Walking distance to the village with great food and entertainment.

Our rental was great! It was exactly what I expected. We had a great view and saw moose from our balcony on the hillside and a bear in the street. The condo had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Wish we could have booked it longer. Would definitely go back!

This condo was great! Had updated and modern furnishings. Everything we needed and more to stay comfortable and make our downtime at the condo a wonderful experience. I would seek out this property in a heartbeat whenever I return to Keystone.
Summit County Retreats was also very responsive when we realized the dishwasher wasn’t working because of a part on order. Their handyman came by and then tracked down the part before returning later in the day to repair it. After chatting with him, he gave us a suggestion on a great place to eat and things to do around Leadville. We took his advice and it made the last day of our trip even better.

The TV was a bit confusing. Wasn't sure if we had access to dish network. Maybe a writeup in the room about what is included and how to access? Not a big deal. Our experience was mostly great. The condo was wonderful and well stocked, actually far better than expected, so much so, we didn't need to bring half the stuff we did. Only couple of minor issues - mattress in master bedroom might need to be changed out. It was very uncomfortable on my wife's side, closer to the bathroom. Also the pots and pans didn't function as well as hoped. Probably time to change them out. Minor maintenance issues

The property was great. We wanted a quick and simple weekend away and this was great. We didn't realize that EVERYTHING in the village would be closed since the ski season was over and summer season hasn't started.... but it also meant everything was fantastically quiet and not crowded. Perfect for the kids to roam.
