This hotel was simply sublime. The best part were the fantastic staff, all of whom were exceptional. Turn down service was a lovely surprise. This is a converted old building, so there are aspects which couldn't be changed, such a slightly smaller room, but we loved it. Bathroom was fantastic and snacks were welcome too.

This hotel is as close to perfect as you can get. The staff were simply magnificent from Manager to Handyman. The historic building, the artwork and the rooms are exquisite. The food is the best we have experienced after 3 weeks travelling through Ecuador.

Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. Restaurant has amazing and generous multi-course breakfast made to order. Great cocktail list and quality. Great service.

We had a very Nice stay at Otavalo hotel; the diner was also very nice.

Everything was wonderful!
Most notable was the staff’s attention to detail and the decor.
We went to dinner and when we returned to our room, the bed was turned down, and there were truffles on the bedside table with a hand written personalized note.
The food was Michelin Star grade.

Staff was exceptionally attentive, responsive and kind. The hotel was located in an exceptionally beautiful old building that has been up-dated. The rooms are all completely renovated and up-dated. The beds are up-to-date and very comfortable.
My wife and I very much liked the property.
