The location mostly….but also inside. Clean and spacious.
No WIFI and NO TV (DSTV or Streaming Options). That was false advertised.

The location is the standout selling point for the property. Really proximal to alot of amenities such as the shops, bus stops etc. Really great location.
As other reviewers have posted in the past the internet situation needs improvement. For the 9 days we didn't have internet for 4-5 days. Its wise to buy a south african sim card for your own peace of mind.

The location of the place is amazing
The house itself needs some TLC, dishwasher didnt have salt and needs to be cleaned, half the dishes did not clean. the living room furniture and TV needs to be upgraded and the WIFI needs to be sorted out. We spend alot of money on Data where WIFI was advertised. - two weeks without any WIFI is not great.
