Beautiful hotel, excellent customer service at each touch point. Private beach, great breakfast. One of our best hotel experience

Wow, what an incredible place! We had a wonderful room, quite luxurious. We only had 1 night in Sarande and treated ourselves to a stay at Buze hotel and what a treat it was! The view from the room and the hotel is incredible. It’s well located, within a 10-15mn walk to the promenade with restaurants around (no need to go into town for food). The linen and toiletries smell really nice. The room was very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and large (180cm width at least). The staff was really lovely. Breakfast is à la carte and was absolutely stunning - the petullas were delicious! The swimming pool was lovely with many available sunbeds (the water was not heated), the private beach was an incredible plus, with direct access from the swimming pool/terrace. The water was actually warmer in the sea. A few sunbeds on the private beach too. So lovely!

The only downside was the shower’s water pressure which was really poor - not the end of the world but frustrating in such a high standard hotel.

The staff are incredible. They are so helpful and quick to answer questions and offer suggestions. They really made my stay!

It is a long walk to town from the hotel. And the hotel next-door has pounding music that goes late into the night. Luckily my room was very soundproofed but I could still feel the bass.

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Nice private beach. Great food for dinner.

The beach is a pebble beach, so uncomfortable to enter and exit the water. There is a beach club next door and the music can be very loud and intrusive.
