Overall loved our stay and the apartment, but please work out something for the car parking situation

the property was clean, excellent location

did not offer car parking, spent over $130 in car parking fees to come and go over 3 days, this would make me rethink staying at this property again

Good

It was not clear on your website that this apartment was an individual apartment within a hotel. At reception you are told that your name is not listed. We went to the number on North Terrace but there was no mention of CBD Executive Apartments. I believe this should be made clear on your website. The owner was helpful when we finally got on the phone.

Well located, spacious, comfortable apartment

The apartment was clean and spacious with a good sized balcony. Parking was available but at $25/day

Disappointing

Close to shopping g and train station. SPA was great.

We stayed 5 nights. We had to wait for almost 20 minutes to meet up with someone for access to apt after the agreed time. NO PARKING reserved for our stay even though we requested it, so had to pay at other site parking. NO servicing to apartment for the whole 5 days nor any cleaning products supplied. Had to request change of towels. Only 1 days worth of milk for coffee, toiletries and laundry liquid supplied. Guests have to dispose of own rubbish. No instructions for appliances for guests. Dryer incorrectly mounted on wall making it very difficult for anyone under 6 foot tall to operate. Friday and Sat nights a bit loud from Hindley St.

Pleasant

Convenient to everything and was good value

Had a few issues with dryer not working and tv in bedroom no reception and TV in lounge bad reception only could watch 3 channels. Could do with bit more of a clean and things like a spine and bin liners. Owner was onto it and has since replaced dryer

Very good

The apartment was very nice, big jacuzzi and nice big bed. Seperate lounge which is always a bonus.

Wifi didn't work and even when notified on day one it was not rectified. Dryer didn't work either which we didn't notice until we had washed.

Good location, spacious apartment, but some things need improvement.

The location was good. It had good quality kitchen appliances and utensils and was quite spacious. Given that we were there for 5 days, that's what we were after. The owner? did respond to my phone calls and tried to sort out issues.

We weren't aware that it was an air b&b, located above the hotel, so there was some confusion when checking in. The property needed a good clean. I suspect that the owners didn't visit it much and the contract cleaners did not do a good job. The WiFi charger didn't work initially ( the owner had to replace the charger) and I was charged extra for parking which I wasn't aware that I would be charged initially. We also got a note on our car windscreen to say that we weren't supposed to park in that spot, but it was what we paid for and were advised to use.

complete apartment, private parking and location.

sliding door needs a stop as it is very easy to get fingers caught. toilet seat doesn’t stay up.

I was very disappointed and upset how could anyone rent a place in such a filth.

The place was very dirty, especially when I asked in advance if the property was clean and they assured me that it was. The doona had blood stains and the bathroom was never cleaned. We were only given 2 towels for 5 days as I made contact with the owner and asked for extra 2 towels and was promised that someone will drop the towels off which never occurred.

It was very hard to like anything about, as we were worried about sitting, anyway. The place was very dirty, the sofa you couldn't sit on it as there was filth, so we got a blanket out from the wardrobe to cover the sofa which was covered with white stain all over it, I personally don't think that the blanket was ever washed. The location was only good about it. I have previously stayed in several Oaks apartments and I have never been disappointed as this time.

Exceptional

It was great, good location for self-contained apartment. Was nice to have a washer and dryer to use as well.

Would be nice to have an extra bath towel as my partner use my towel as a floor mat 😂 the bed was hard and hurt my back, didn't like how the beds kept parting from each other, made it hard to cuddle my partner. Otherwise it was great.

City location

I didn't recall booking a spa, and was pleasantly surprised the apartment included one. The location was great; Coffee Club at the foyer; I appreciated the early check in; host was great; I loved it all.

I can't fault it really. If I was being picky, it was a little noisy, but I was expecting that, given the proximity to the city.

Great place to stay

Everything! The apartment was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. They provided everything you'd need. The view of the city was also great! And the host was very lovely, meeting me to show me to my room. Thank you for a great stay!

Only negative I have was that I wasn't entirely sure I was at the correct location as it's technically inside the Oaks Embassy. I was looking for a sign that said CBD Executive APT, but the host kindly greeted me and showed me where to go :)

No map to find the car park! Requested pillows as there was 3 of us & didn't receive them.

Perfect location

It was across the road from the Adelaide convention centre where our function was being held and close to the casino. They were very accomodating with early check in and late check out.

The room we had needed updating. Carpet was discoloured, ceiling paint peeling.
