Clean, quiet building, well appointed - milk, tea, coffee.
Good location for where i was working for 1/12 (Alfred Hosp) m. Also - v handy for groceries, office items, Prahran Mkt., and trams to get around MEL.
Location a little bit out of the way for getting into CBD - like maybe 45 mins to Flinders St. given size of Metro Melbourne, other guests may think thats not too far.

"The size of the unit was just right for what we were looking for. Very comfortable to stay in for the entire fortnight we stayed in. We've just moved from interstate and we spent a lot of days busy ..."
