Very easy to follow instructions to access the property. At first glance, property appears to have modern renovations. On closer inspection, renovations were haphazardly completed. LOTS (and i mean lots) of devices to make the room smell good, including some fresh lillies. (it made me wonder what the property smelt like without these odour masking elelments) I like the proximity to the tram and shops. Made it very easy to get around Melbourne. WIFI router in the room. Umbrella supplied for Melbourne weather. Great price all things considered.

Toilet roll holder was broken. No hand towel, and nowhere to hang it if there were one. two hooks on the back of the bathroom door for towels. No cupboard for hanging clothes. 4 coat hangers were provided, but no clip hangers. curtains were switched to an automatic open mode, so the morning after arrival, I was surprised to wake to the curtains already open. There was no information about this. On entering the property, the small laneway was a little overwhelming for a single woman. I'm glad there were sensor lights when I moved down it a bit. 50 stairs to the top floor when carrying a 20kg suitcase.

What an excellent use of the space. Quite small, but a queen size bed and everything you need - shower/toilet/basin, desk, big-screen TV, fridge, microwave, even an iron and ironing board. Laundry downstairs. Incredibly cute and functional. Very clean. Quiet. Doors open to fresh air and a view.

48 steps up to my room. That's okay, but I would have liked this pointed out when booking as I had 30kg of luggage and I'm not a young man. Not sure how to raise or lower the roller shutters, or if it could be done.

Great location, very well presented and the bed was extremely comfortable. A nice touch of fresh flowers in the room 🥰 The room was as described small but perfect use of the space. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave and kettle. The shower was powerful and clean. Will definitely book again.

46 stairs to get to the room, I asked how many floors before stay & answer was a couple of flights. Tiny bathroom with poor temp control of water. Toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. No toaster & only 1 fork but 2 of evrrything else. 2 boxex tissues each with 1 tissue each No outdoor rubbish bins Parking was bad. It is in a church yard & although we reserved a park it wasn't available on day 2 as other people parked in it. Response from contact was not helpful. I suggest improved customer service is to allocate a definite parking spot to each guest who requests it, not roulette of being left what hadnt been taken. Washing machine in lobby, free to use but people left their items in there overnight 🫤
