The Winter Garden Suites

It’s clean and nicely decorated. They are always so welcoming when we return as well which is nice. It’s close to all the centre shops and the seafront, Coral island absolutely everything just about..

The only thing I’d say is outside is a bit run down which seems a shame as inside is such a high standard.

The hotel itself is fine for one night stay. It fits the needs for a night, I wouldn’t want to stay anymore. The bed isn’t comfortable, the duvets are very thin. The room needs tlc for sure, too many cracks on walls & deep clean needed. The window is broken so doesn’t close and can hear everything & seagulls on a morning. No curtains so very bright. We booked with my 2 children for a one night stay before the zoo so it is great for that, 8 minutes away from zoo. Can see the tower from window, & right next to the shops & beach. Host is so lovely and I don’t like to be negative, but if the hotel had some work done and revamp would be a great location and lovely place to stay.

Nice room and good for kids with the bunk beds

There is a table and chairs right outside the French doors which lead onto the street and had other guests using it to smoke cannabis and the smell came straight into our room and very uncomfortable sitting there while someone is sat right outside the door staring, should be made clear if that sitting area is that particular room only and not just anyone
