Great Value for money, in a location well suited for my visit. Excellent friendly hosts that went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The en suite Room was well equipped with the expected items. Breakfast was a well cooked English individually ordered breakfast and choice of cereal, this was included in the price which made it exceptional value.
The hotel has a strong air fresher in the foyer and stairways , while this was a pleasant smell it was a little over powering. Some minor repairs in the room are needed, but these are minor and did not spoil my stay.

Comfortable beds and, lovely breakfast
We were unable to shower as the pressure was too low to get the temperature right and you couldn't attach it to the wall even if we had hot the temp ok (Room 15)
