La casa ha un bel giardino con un albero di limoni e aranci carichi di frutti e un barbecue a disposizione. In estate deve essere assai piacevole mangiare fuori. I proprietari, che vivono nella stessa casa al piano superiore sono disponibilissimi e simpatici.

L'appartamento è al seminterrato, con le prevedibili conseguenze di umidità e scarsa illuminazione. iI deumidificatore, da attivare quando non si è in appartamento, risolve parzialmente la situazione, ma è fondamentalmente un palliativo. In estate ci sarà il vantaggio della frescura garantita. La posizione è a due passi dal capolinea della metro linea verde Telheiras, ma lontano da qualsiasi idea di 'due passi in centro'.

Jose's place was just perfect. Comfortable, quiet and with a beautiful private garden to enjoy a meal or a drink. Jose and his family were very welcoming and helpful, and even made us dinner one night.

Nothing

Lovely flat in a residential area, beds were comfy, coffee was ok, the place has a homely feel to it due to the authentic furniture and deco style. It was very easy to communicate with the owner's daughter who made sure we got everything sorted and updated us on the current closed underground stations and where to go. We could also help ourselves to the lemons in the tree which was very nice. Also, we could have our coffee and tea on the shared patio so that was good. Also, we were able to leave our luggage there after check-out to roam the city freely whoch we appreciated very much.

The place was close enough to the airport but I never realised it would be on the flightpath and the studio was not soundproof. Thankfully I had my earplugs with me otherwise it would have been quite hard to fall asleep. Might not be an issue to other people though. Also, the shower needs a deep clean as the corners of the ceiling were mouldy and parts of the wall too.

The place was clean, nicely furnished, cozy. There is a beautiful garden that guests can use. The owner was very helpful. The location was fine, really close to the airport and metro/bus stations to get to the city centre.

The apartment is in a basement, and probably because of that there was a hight humidity, some unpleasant smell inside and even mold in the walls I guess. We had a problem with warm water, we stayed 3 people there and 3rd person in a raw was showering in a barely warm water.

Nice studio. a lot of space and great location
