Convenient location, a short walk to the main sights. Quiet and comfortable. Able to park our car.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good although there were no fried eggs which I might have expected. The location is pretty good, although it is right on the flight path and there is a short walk to the Metro to travel into Lisbon proper. Staff are very friendly and efficient

No gym or pool but then again it was a very reasonable price

Beautiful lobby and comfortable hotel, clean room, very good and various breakfast, bar and restaurant in the lobby, very helpful staff at the reception. 10 min walk from big shopping malls and just 7-10 min away by taxi from the main touristic places. Would recommend it and will stay again.

Quite bad WiFi in the room - often lost connection.

We got early check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The front desk staff cares.

The location is less than perfect for walking the old city but taxis and Uber were easy to get.

Really a great hotel ! Staff absolutely excellent, the room was compact but had all the right facilities. A very comfortable bed, quality furniture and fittings and a real cast iron bath in the bathroom deep enough for a long hot soaking after walking the hills of Lisbon all day. The breakfast was 1st class, fantastic selection for all tastes.

Nothing, it’s a gem of a hotel down town Lisbon and a 15 mins walk from the largest shopping Mall/ department store.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and well prepared.

The restaurant food was disatisfactory. I had the portuguese cod which had lots of bones in it, the vegetables were very bland and uncooked.

The breakfast was great with a good variety of food items. The place was big enough for a couple and it was quiet. It was delightful seeing a welcome gift of Portugese tarts on the rable.

First day was a bit annoyed as the reception staff were too busy with an escourt tour. We eere left unattended for almost 20 minutes. It's alright after the staff member apologised. The place was quite far from the central area.Also quite a distance from the bus station. Worse, had to carry heavy luggage uphill. Nothing much in the neighbouring area. Had to go downhill to a supermarket. I was charged for consuming a bottle of water. I would have thought it was free The key cards did not function well.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room was great with twin beds, also a table & chairs & a chair to sit at the desk. The bar was attractive & the outside seating area quite beautiful.

Restaurant was expensive and the food mediocre. Only ate there once & with two glasses of wine it cost me 92€ for one person.
