Very good breakfast. Central to many important destinations in Lisbon. A lot of good restaurants to choose from. On site parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Clean, modern, spacious - staff were lovely
The rooftop pool and bar was such a relaxing place and perfect to cool off in the heat

The hotel was fine. The room was clean and things generally worked well. The breakfast was quite good and the hotel is clean.
I had initially a problem with the room, the window was broken. After it could not be fixed, I was offered another similar room. This however took some arguing with the staff and some time. You would expect windows to be fixed prior to guest arrivals in a four stars hotel.

Nice rooms
Location is not that central
Staff could be more welcoming and friendly, there was no passion
They only give you water upon check in and after that they don’t fill up, which I think is a lack of service looking at the rates they charge
