Ben arredato con tutto il necessario per una vacanza al mare, tra cui: asciugamani e lenzuola, cucina e forniture per cucinare, sedie da spiaggia e asciugamani, in un immacolato ben curato per la vecchia casa di Cape Cod. Divano letto queen size nel soggiorno. Cucina cambusa. Il bagno ha una doccia angolare con rivestimento in vetro, piastrelle in ceramica, doccia termale a sei funzioni, scaldasalviette riscaldato e pavimento riscaldato. Posti a sedere all'aperto nel patio posteriore.
Il noleggio non include l'accesso al portico e al ponte coperti.

Located in one of the charming old houses on Commercial Street, this first floor unit was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. There’s a walking path to the beach right across the street, and waling distance to the center of town.

I rented the one bed for my parents and the 2 bed for me and other family. The set up worked perfect! It was great having the front and back outdoor spaces! Lots of room to enjoy each other or get some time to yourself.

Our long weekend getaway for a friend’s wedding was a full 5 stars. The space is incredibly cozy and prime location for access to the beach and all things ptown. A short walk from the ferry yet far enough from the wharf that there’s privacy. We came for a wedding that had to be rescheduled from the previous weekend due to weather and Maryann was such a gracious host and made rearranging plans so easy. Hands down the best communication I’ve had with a property manager. Fully recommend a stay here and would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at 452 Commercial. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The location is perfectly placed on the East End, with everything one could need just seconds or minutes away. It was a fabulous base camp for 10 magical days in our happy place :)

Just a perfect one bedroom and location. The back porch is perfect! Fun for people watching, grilling and people stopping by! I also loved how easy the recycle/waste accessibility. We hope to stay again!

Our stay was great. The house was darling and clean and everything we expected/wanted it to be. It is in a really nice section of town which was a little quieter but a few minutes walk brought you to all the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Mary Anne was right on top of things and answered my inquiries very quickly. I had one of the best showers here with the rain shower water head! Lol We’d definitely stay here again on a trip back to Cape Cod.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PTown. The condo was just as i imagined, small but nicely appointed. We were close to the center of town but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Having Angel Food almist directly across the street was awesome.

This condo is great for two people and is right across from the beach. The location is perfect on the East End, in the Art District and is within walking distance to the middle of town.
There was a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen.

The building/condo is full of Cape Cod charm. High ceilings and wide slanted pine floors. Great a/c units.
Only complaint, the bath and kitchen need a serious cleaning and the outdoor space is completely shaded..

This will be our second year renting this condo and we are never disappointed!! Perfect location, safe, Clean and has all you need if you just want to stay in and cook dinner. Bed is comfortable, the shower itself is worth coming for the week, it’s like being in a spa.

Great quiet place on commercial street
We've stayed here the past few years and really enjoy it! It's a great location that is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of town, but just a short walk/bike ride away. We love the back deck outside and spent a lot of time out there. We will definitely be back again!

Nice Quiet Week
We had a great week here. I was able to work two days remotely in the place and then spend the rest of the time doing all the great things Ptown has to offer. The place was the perfect size and we definitely will be spending time there again!

Great Location
Perfect spot right on Commercial St. Condo was perfect size for my wife and I and our dog. Clean, comfy and loved sitting on the front porch. We easily found a parking spot out front. Maryann was wonderful to work with.

A perfect location.
Maryanne was the best host. Her unit was super clean and she even had lovely dog bowls for feeding our pup. A quaint grocery is just across the street. Wonderful sandwiches. Milk near-by. A bit of everything. It's an easy walk into the shopping section of Ptown. No need to move your car. The beach walk is just across the street and down a set of stairs which were under water at high-tide. So time you beach walk to the tide table. Fun breakfast each day at the talbe in the window, watching the dogs and their people pass by. Friendly and helpful residents in this condo building. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Maryanne.

The apartment was immaculate, super cute and comfy! I have stayed at Tallships twice and they are the best.

Loved this apartment
Loved the location and the set up of the apartment. Clean unit and close to everything. Great bay window for people watching and beach access right across the street. Grill came in handy when we didn’t want to eat out every night. Will be back next year !

Wonderful stay
We had a very nice stay at this property. It was conveniently located across from the public beach access walkway, and close to all shops and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and the owner was great at keeping us up to date on the town’s latest Covid rules as well as providing parking tips. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the Cape!

My wife and I stayed for a week. It is an awesome location at a quiet end of commercial st. The bay window and Adirondack chairs are the perfect place to watch the crowds go by. The space is small, but efficient. The bed is a little soft for us. There was new grill and updated larger fridge that were amazing to have! We will be back to Tallship again and again.

We had a nice experience. Our only complaint was the renters before us must of had a pet and there was still a lot of hair on the floor.
