We had a lovely stay! The place was clean and organized and the location was perfect! We would definitely return.

Nicely decorated, comfortable, and well stocked apartment. All needs were met with the exception of parking. Thankfully we obtained it easily.

452 Commercial St. is filled with historic character and modern conveniences. The livingroom has a light-filled bay window where one might sit and watch the world go by. Lots of windows, comfortable furniture and a bedroom that is quiet w/a great mattress helps. A lovely kitchen along w/a wonderful bath with a strong shower is marvelous! The E end has art galleries as neighbors, and we lived nextdoor to PAAM. The beach entrance is steps away.

It has been five years since my last trip to Provincetown. The buzz and excitement has grown. While this place is on the quiet side of town, it was not quiet enough for us. We could hear every car and truck on the street and all the noise in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils but there is not enough counter space to prepare a dinner. The owner has done some cute and innovative things to make up for the lack of space but we found it difficult. The shower is tiny, but water pressure fabulous. The bedroom didn’t allow much space between bed and wall, but the bed was great. The greatest source of frustration was parking…we got the hang of it (an app to pay for a space, moving for street cleaning…might have been worth paying one of the lots). It was disappointing that the resident across the street has planted some bushes that block any view of the bay. The back area by the grill stunk of garbage so sitting there didn’t work. The chairs in front of the other units porch were a good spot for my morning meditation. I think we need a place further out of town and one that has a place to prepare the fresh seafood we love but maybe you would find the proximity to town a great asset.
