Super clean and spacious
Very steep stairs. Not easy for someone carrying luggage neither for children

This is the most comfortable hostel I’ve ever stayed in plus Ana is the friendliest and most helpful ‘host’ you could wish for. The hostel is beautiful in style, super clean, AMAZINGLY located and so well equipped. Water pressure is ace, air con was good, kitchen had everything - dishwasher, coffee machine and recycling were really good to have. Massive locked drawers under your bed which fit all my stuff (of which I had a lot). Individual lights, plugs and usb charger per each bed. I would absolutely stay here again, it would be like coming home ❤️
The only suggestion I would have is to put hooks on the bathroom doors for towels and maybe some more hanging space/coat hangers

Really clean place; free towels; the facilities (shower/toilet) inside the room, not outside in a common space; as a female solo traveler I felt safe there; and their host Ana is so great, friendly, and helpful. Also, a good kitchen with all necessary

Perfect location and personal was very friendly. You have a personal locker for your things, what is nice and you don't need to carry everything with you. 👍

Aldo and Eleonor are super hosts, I made a mistake when I booked my room and they just offered to us a big one and didn’t charge us for this.
the Hostel is in a perfect location. close to lots of restaurants, shopping, taxi and public transport.
We super recommend this Hostel.

Well organised, very clean place, perfectly located, staff giving good advice.
The kitchen was perfect, the living room was also very cosy.
The bathroom were very modern (hot water took time to come, but the pressure in the sinks was strong so you could empty the cold water fast enough to expect some hot water in the shower ; the doors of the bathroom were also a pain as they did not let you any space, just a detail for the hostel but opening the door in another direction, or sliding doors might solve this issue. )
Booking calculated my marking as 8.0 but i would say it is more a 9.0
I had hoped to find more people at the hostel but unfortunately it was quite empty during the holiday season. Just a peak for New Year's eve and that's it. Not the fault of the hostel but because of that i tried also a few other hostels (which were not more active...)
The beds lack curtain for privacy, otherwise they had thought about most things to be a great hostel.
It is allowed to smoke on the patio, was fine as nobody was using it, but as i am sensitive to smoke, i am not sure if i would go back when the hostel is more busy, a bit afraid not to be able to use the patio, and not sure if people would keep the door of the living room open, forbidding me also access to this common space.

Neuza was incredibly nice and we had great discussions. The cleanliness of the room and the shower was beyond any expectations.
On the picture there is a guitar but I didn’t see anything at the hostel.

The hostel is great! It is clean, cosy and well equipped. The stuff is friendly. I also had a problem with my credit card when I arrived and it was ok to stay there till my bank helped me.

The room is very nice, spacious and clean. The common area very confortable. We could leave the luggages there in the morning, before the check in.
It is super centrally located.
