Very welcoming and helpful hosts - I felt at home with António, Lino and their animals. And the opulent breakfast - different every day - should also be mentioned. Hope I can come back some day!

Breakfast was definitely better than most hotels! Lido & Antonio were extremely helpful in all matters related to our holiday or activities in Azores. The location was downtown on a corner of walking street with many restaurants close by. City center is accessible by foot. (For other locations in Sao Miguel a rental car is best option.) Our teens enjoyed playing with the house pets. ;D

The central location, cleanliness, home design, nice airy rooms with comfy beds, heavenly showers and the delicious fresh breakfasts prepared by Lino were beyond our expectations. Lino and Antonio are wonderful hosts and ensured our comfort. Spending time with Funny, Aria, Ze Maria and Ana Maria was an added bonus and made our visit even more enjoyable. I miss them already!

Breakfast was excellent - Lino is an amazing chef! He even got up early and packed breakfast for us to go when we had an all day tour scheduled. The location was very close to the city center. It was easy to get around on foot. It felt like we were staying with friends. I enjoyed the house pets. Both Lino and Antonio were wonderful hosts. Lino was very helpful recommending things to do. He arranged for our taxi and checked the flight schedule to see what would be the ideal time to arrive at the airport. We enjoyed our holidays in Portugal but it was Lino who made our trip special. I have traveled extensively and this was by far my favorite bed and breakfast.

Special thanks to you, Antonio for arranging the car rental and for calling me several times in the evening of my arrival to ask where I was while I was lost in the streets of Ponta Delgada and had to ask a local person for help. :) Special thanks to you, Lino for the divinely delicious and tastefully served breakfasts. I have never eaten anything so delicious when I was abroad. I must have put on a few kilos. Thank you for compiling a detailed itinerary every day of what to see and where to go on the island. I've been to wonderful places. I'm sure, I couldn’t have got to so many beautiful places without your help. :) The guest house is very beautiful, the furnishings are tasteful and it has a good atmosphere. It is located in the centre of the city, from which all attractions can be reached for a few minutes. Thanks to Luis for the restaurant recommendation. I loved the two dogs, Aria and Funny, and the two cats, Zamerija and Annamarija. These animals are so nice, they accepted me in a few minutes. I felt fantastic at your place and returned home with wonderful memories. I took 600 photos and quite a few videos. Finally, when I took the breakfast package, made by Lino, out of the fridge on Saturday morning, I was very touched. I cried a little again. It felt so good that you took care of me like that. This care crowned my holiday :) I hope we will see each other again soon, because I have to come back to this place many more times. With love, Attila

Great location, hosts super helpful, breakfast was amazing (even got to take some in containers to snack on when we went out) and the room was large and comfortable. I liked the intimate experience of a smaller place with friendly hosts. My friend and I even became friends with the woman in the other room and we all ended up hanging out together during our whole stay.

The owners were so helpful and kind, they helped us with the programs, restaurants, everything we asked. The breakfast was amazing!!!! it was a perfect trip with their help!

Nice house, very nice and helpful hosts, close to car rental, to city centre, to the port, market and restaurants, Jardims. Breakfast prepared by Lino was very nice, rich, full of testy local food. We enjoyed recommendations from Antonio and Lino for tours around Island and City. Two dogs and cats are very cute.

Very nice and spacious bedroom with comfy bed (there was even a 2nd bed for one person). The house is well located in Ponta Delgada and you can find parking spot around. The breakfast was very good, homemade and generous quantities of local things, I appreciated it a lot. Lino and Antonio are very welcoming and give nice tips for visiting around. I keep this address in mind for the next times I come to Sao Miguel :D

Wonderful stay! Super helpful host with a lot of tips and recommendations! Great location, cozy room and tasty breakfasts!

It was our first meet with the Azores Islands, but regarding the accomodation, it was the best choice that we could do. Antonio and Lino did everything in order to have a super trip in Sao Miguel. They contacted with us before our vacation (and helped a lot with our Covid tests and its administration), served fantastic breakfast every morning, gave good and priceless tips to discover the island, helped us rent car - and they got up early morning after our call which was necessary because the car rental staff didn’t open the garage, thus we couldn’t give back the car before the airplane departure. There are no words to describe how warm and helpful they were from the beginning. We will make sure to come back again.

We have been traveling the world extensively for three years and I have to say we have NEVER experienced the level of hospitality that we got from Antonio. Can you say, CONCIERGE? We arrived at the ungodly hour of 6AM and our ride was there shortly. We had a little dog and he was made welcome. We were allowed to check in at that early hour and welcomed a morning nap on comfortable beds after long flight. Antonio gave us a very good orientation to the city and island and had made reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant. He arranged a car rental for us across the parking lot at a good price. The location was in the heart of everything, walking to restaurants, harbor, shops, anything you could want or need. Best of all, Antonio and Leno made us feel like friends rather than guests, even though they were very busy with another business..

What I hated was to leave!

Great hosts offering help and all recommendations about the island, restaurants, etc. The place is very central location, very cosy and clean. Highly recommend to everybody
