Bella fattoria di 33 acri con una capanna di legno, situata sulle dolci colline del Nunnelly Tennessee. Ha 5 stagni per la pesca, pozzo del fuoco per rilassarsi e godersi il caffè. I cervi corrono sulla proprietà a volte, nelle vicinanze c'è una cascata, si può passeggiare intorno alla proprietà, c'è un anello di 7 miglia che si può girare con una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Duck, il Piney River è anche nelle vicinanze. Nella vicina Centerville la città più vicina, a circa 15 minuti di distanza, è la casa di Minnie Pearl e si può esplorare la cantina Grinder's Switch. Nashville, la capitale della musica country del mondo, si trova a 80 chilometri di distanza per coloro che vogliono visitare il sito, Country Music Hall of Fame, Pathenon, Honky Tonk Bar e musica country dal vivo, Grank Ole Opry e Ryman, per citarne alcuni . Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! I had no idea the property used to be a trout farm. Cool history! It was wonderful to be able to roam the property on the mowed trails.

The house and property was perfect for what we needed. There was great communication with the host who is very responsive when things came up. Would stay again if in the area!

Had a great stay. What a cool property to be on, ponds and a spring on the property. House worked perfect for us and we had fires in the fire pit every night.

5 ponds for fishing were advertised the 4 we found were inaccessible due to weeds. There is 2 skillets and 1 frying pan, 2 bowls, 1 cookie sheet, there is 1 spatula, no grilling tools, the grate on the grill is almost nonexistent as the wire mesh is burnt in two in a couple places. The refrigerator leaks onto the floor and the bottom of the freezer is full of ice. we expected to be able to fish and enjoy a nice relaxing weekend with amenities. The place is really nice , but it needs some work. The ponds should be 100% accessible. It was disheartening to go out on the.porch with coffee and see over grown ponds. The porch had a ton of cobwebs that hadn't been cleaned in months, and it wasn't as inviting all the clutter made me not want to.sit out there. The patio table and chairs were so filthy I had to clean them for my elderly parents to sit on them. The shower curtains had mold half way up them There were plates and cups underneath the bed from the last guests, which I scrubbed clean. The lack of kitchen items, you could go to Goodwill and get more.pots and pans, skillets, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, serving dishes and cooking utensils. You advertised a charcoal grill but it was completely destroyed, we couldn't use it at all. The refrigerator leaked and made a constant mess. The ceiling fans were coated in months worth of dust.The main TV being leaned up against another TV looked completely tacky along with all the junk in the side shed an
