House was exceptionally clean and organized - kitchen well equipped! Mudroom where you come in could be updated, door painted and room smelled just a little.Handrail on stairs was loose, needs to be tightened.AC units in upstairs bedrooms did NOT cool at all, need to be updated or replaced.TV in living room area worked well and had an excellent menu but we could not find how to move the volume up/down - maybe there's supposed to be another remote for that?Overall, a really good find with covered deck overseeing the river and a covered carport!

Communication with the host was great. The house was wonderful for my husband and his group of duck hunters. Plenty of room for them and all of their gear. Would definitely recommend staying here again!

Nice clean home. Located close to the lake. Plenty room for boat trailer parking. Also easy access to the lake. One fairly neat thing about it is the deer that will come up in the yard.
