Buffet breakfast choice was excellent, room was spacious, decor was very tasteful and bed was very comfortable

good value, room size ok for the price and pub style stays, as aposed to hotels, very clean bathrooms and a friendly place for food and drink. The area felt more like a lively village on the outskirts of Manchester than a suburb , surrounded by other pubs and resturants nice to walk around The pub food is home cooked and not just the usally precooked standard pub food, amazing for the price, even the wine by the glass was ok. Complimentry snacks and anytime continental breakfast

the entrance to the accomadation could have had a porch as we have to carry our bags up the stairs in drizzle and punch in a pass code

The room was very comfortable and provided fans. The snacks in the room and breakfast cereals, fruit, cheese, yoghurt and coffee/tea/hot chocolate along with different milk options was much appreciated. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The outdoor stairs to get to the rooms. Weekend late night noise from the bar below. One night the music didn't stop until almost 1am. I did expect some noise since this is a pub, but I didn't think it would go on so late.

Standard breakfast. Good pub with great live music.

Liked room but a couple of things didn’t look good 1 carpet stains 2 bed needed a valance looked a bit grim
