Great professional friendly staff at reception . I on average stay moral than 100 nights in year in hotels all across world due to my work and I can say for sure Trafford Hal so far have exceeded all my expectations .. well done and thanks to all .::

I was upgraded to Grand suits which was fantastic, wow,we said when we got in, to compare to first entrance which worries me how the rooms will be. Food was made100% ,beautifully, we enjoyed every bit of food. Breakfast was good if it was hot. Thanks you for providing pepper sauce which I requested.

The balcony in the Grand suite was not cleaned at all, The breakfast was cold at 08:00am ,no fried eggs. The dinning room or restaurant needs proper renovation to march the standard of the food(excellent food)been prepared. The restaurant and reception needs renovation like bright attractive colours, so that when ,you walk in,you can say wow. Plate cold, I don't like carpet on the top floor, I wish they put tiles instead like first floor. Prawn curtail was horrible, for the price.

The buffet breakfast on the Saturday was good with options. Shower good and bathroom generally fine. Location good for trams and easy to park though the car park needs retarmaccing. Comfy bed and slept well, quiet but just hard to wake up with no natural light

Breakfast On the Friday morning it was ordered and the avocado on toast was a bit odd and not what you would expect. Guacamole on sliced bread. Felt like everything came out of a packet and not fresh. The bedroom had no windows which was not advertised when selecting that room and the aircon wasn't great. Lack of fresh air really made a difference and lack of natural light affected waking up well. Loads of stains on the carpet and general wear and tear, looked a little tired. Also quite small room - in no way compared to the photos/room advertised on Booking.com - windows and spacious!
