Spacious apartment, bigger than we thought based on the pictures. It has all the necessary equipment. The sights are within walking distance, and supermarkets, restaurants, cafes are few minutes away. Fortunately, we found parking space on the street every day. We had a great time in Armenia, we traveled a lot and visited a lot of sights. It was always nice to relax in this apartment. The owner was always available from the moment of booking until our departure, answered questions immediately and helped when needed. If you are looking for accomodation in Yerevan, I highly recommend it!

Sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Excellent location in the city, convenient entrance to the building, spacious and comfortable.
View from windows not interesting.
