Nice and clean - name for money
The lobby area when first going in is not that nice

Very spacious, clean apartment, conveniently located in the very centre of Yerevan. It is well-equipped (including a washing machine and lots of kitchen utensils). The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space for dining, relaxing and work. The apartment is part of a Stay Inn Apartments network, which has an office nearby, and the staff is very helpful and supportive.
The bedrooms are oriented towards the inner yard, which is currently a rather noisy construction site, but the owner has no influence over it. Some equipment (an iron and a drying rack) is not in the best condition.

Очень удобная локация ! Весь центр в 5 минутах , при этом очень тихий дворик
