We had a wonderful time with friends in Rome, and it was a delight to come back to the comfortable Roman-style apartment. There was no shortage of anything - there was an iron, washing machine, bath lotions, towels, dryer, blankets and delicious breakfasts. Also the location is great. I would love to come back here when I decide to travel to Rome.

Excellent apartment with nice art collection and a spacious balcony. Host was very nice and even waited till 10:40PM in the night to hand over the keys.

A bigger bathroom would have been perfect.

Breakfast was very good even helped my wife with her gluten intolerance and went out of her way to purchase items and location was excellent

Good location and spacious. People were nice.

It is not meant for 5 people. 3 people, maybe 4. We had to put sheets on the 2 sofa beds ourselves and the ones available were not enough. For breakfast there were some products but was pretty basic for what you would expect when you see breakfast included.

It is a beautiful, spacious apartment that is tastefully decorated. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities were useful as we were on an extended trip. The location is also excellent for many Rome attractions. We walked everywhere during our 5 day stay.

Everything was good at the apartment. Clean lot of space and beautiful design. The host was very cooperative and helpful. We were family of five with kids and they all enjoyed the stay. I can definitely recommend for this appt.

Sometimes the wifi connection was lost but most of the time it was alright. The breakfast was great but not enough for a family of 5. But we found a nice supermarket near by where you can finds things which you like.

Everything was perfect. The location is very near to the touristic area. The loft is large, charming, fully equipped of everything a family with kids may need.

Lovely large clean comfortable accommodation. Plenty of clean bedding. washing machine.

The apartment is so quirky! Great location, metro station is 5 minutes away. Daria was so friendly and kept in touch during our stay.

Beautiful place and location

The area was quite good. Although there is no private parking the owner has organized a covered parking very close (20€/day)

The „loft“ is actually a souterrain. The terrace is actually a covered patio. There is hardly fresh air. No private parking. These were 3 things why we choosed this accomodation. So it was slightly disappointing although the reception was very friendly and helpful. The information should be changed at booking.com.

Very Clean and spacious apartment, really friendly staff, location close to the Vatican city.

The walls are a bit thin in bed room and you can hear noise from the above apartment (although wasnt anything serious or frequent). Also, the breakfast was self service, and included a bunch of packets of cakes and bread etc.

The spacious loft, the decoration, the location which is so near to the supermarkets, Careffour Express etc,,wet market, near eatery shops, souvenir shops and the Metro. The warm feeling in the loft, the comfortable bed, the warm heater, the amenities provided ....everything in the Loft. The host, Daria's daughter is very friendly too. She allowed us for early check in and late check out. Daria Even bought new water kettle and toaster . We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to Rome

Perhaps to have a peephole at the door for us to see anyone ringing the doorbell
