Everyhting was perfect

Extremely helpful hostess and staff!! Very clean, easy to access and very well located. Excellent local restaurants off the tourist path!
My only observation is that the water pressure from the top shower was very low. However, the handheld shower worked well.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! Our host was very welcoming and friendly, provided us with lots of helpful information, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We have a welcome drink and sweets . We truly felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. Highly recommended!
We loved to have our own mini refrigerator. There were provided in the comun area

Location was unreal - made all the key places feel local and getting to the Colosseum was also still easy on the other side of the city, only requiring a short bus ride. Coffee being available was also a great bonus
The host constantly shared tips and suggestions on places to go and see which made a spontaneous trip suddenly feel like we had a local guide and used our time well
The room is a suite, so you can hear others in the corridor, it does not have sound proofing like a hotel... But it is not a hotel so we couldn't expect this for the price
It was amazing value
