Completamente ristrutturato 3 camere da letto 2 bagno di casa in affitto. Situato in una spiaggia privata associazione. Cucina nuova, nuovi bagni, tutti i nuovi pavimenti in legno. Aria condizionata.
La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Completamente attrezzata con pentole e padelle, piatti piani, posate, bicchieri. Anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice, 3 TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD, cavo e internet wireless.
Questo punto di vista è spettacolare da ogni stanza della casa. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con un televisore a schermo piatto, la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto e la terza camera da letto ha un letto a rotelle.
Il ponte posteriore è circondata da acqua, che è perfetto per rilassarsi e guardare la gente in kayak nella baia che si collega ad L I Sound. luogo perfetto per cadere il kayak in acqua e godere della bellissima costa. Per la vostra comodità vi è anche una doccia fuori porta, e un grill a gas.
Questa casa è splendidamente decorata con open space soggiorno e zona pranzo. Il portico interno ha un tavolo e sedie, un divano che si apre ad un divano letto e una vista che è magnifica !!!!
Branford ha alcuni ottimi ristoranti all'interno di un miglio. The Stony Creek Brewery, Guacamole Mexican, Lenny's Seafood, Stony Creek Pizza, The Stand e molti altri.
Ci troviamo a metà strada tra New York e Boston. O usando I-95 o il treno Shoreline, che è a soli 2 miglia di distanza, con parcheggio gratuito. I centri commerciali sono a soli 20 minuti di auto (Clinton e Westbrook) Fate un giro in 45 minuti di Mohegan Sun e Foxwood Casino, e per i bambini godimento Mystic Seaport e Acquario è solo circa 45 min. lontano

This attractively decorated house offered so many comfortable group seating and dining locations that it was hard to choose -- and the views from any of those were lovely. Photographs can't do this property justice. The kitchen was very well equipped. And the neighborhood was friendly; we felt welcome on our walks.

Great for a weekend getaway! Amazing waterfront location with beautiful views (except for the neighbor’s garage) and comfortable amenities provided by thoughtful hosts. My only issues were with the densely crowded neighborhood (no sense of privacy) and a rather cluttered decor, but neither is a dealbreaker. It’s a very nice, well thought-out home, and we had a good time enjoying the space, kayaking, and swimming nearby.

Branford’s shoreline is a hidden gem. And this house is ideally located at the very end of the quite dead end street with incredible views of the sound. The deck is the perfect spot for evening happy hour and sunset watching. The inside of the house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The hosts could not have been nicer. They communicated well leading up to our visit and greeted us upon our arrival. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding during our stay. Thank you for this wonderful summer retreat! Dave and Wanda.

We were looking for a place for some quiet R&R and this was perfect. Pleasant neighborhood, beautiful water view. Nice small local beach about 10 minutes away. Very good restaurants. It was very easy to communicate with our hostess. Lorraine could not have been more helpful. She has a lovely home that is very inviting.

Beautiful spot on the shore, surrounded by the ocean, and small tidal canal and salt water pond. Excellent CT swimming nearby. The house itself was clean, comfortably air conditioned, and has a very comfortable sunroom with amazing views. We had a wonderful time.

The name of the home is Perfect Ending and it fits! It was a perfect weekend on the water, a quaint little cottage at the end of the lane, perfect weather..... fantastic! We hope to stay here again and you won't be disappointed!

Views can’t be beat. Water access convenient and kid friendly. Hosts warm and helped greet grocery delivery. Summer Island Point is everything you’d want from New England coastal vacation.

the house is lovely, beautifully and conveniently located and set up for reading and lounging around with wonderful view. We enjoyed swimming in the sound and we enjoyed the little neighborhood in this rather special cul de sac. The outdoor shower was without a doubt the best I knew so far. We look forward to next time.

Beautiful home sourounded by water, the pictures do not do justice to the view you have. The home is dectorated wonderfully and recently renovated. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Owners were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!

Bill and Lorraine have a beautiful well appointed home with an amazing view of the Long Island sound. We had a wonderful weekend and look forward to returning to their slice of paradise someday soon.
