Beautiful home with a great view of the ocean from the deck. Wonderful location with plenty of parking. We stayed a month here in the winter and they had everything you would need for a long term or short term rental. Easy to work with the owners and plenty of privacy.

We had a lovely time at your cottage. It is beautiful home with an upstairs deck that was one my favorite parts of the home. On some days, there was a beautiful breeze, and it was relaxing place to be at the end of the day. First floor was nice as well. It had all the amenities to cook in and a clean grill to cook on.

The house was clean, comfy and convenient, also well equipped with cooking supplies and beach chairs, etc. and a quick walk to the beach. The gorgeous weather didn't hurt, and the beach wasn't crowded a bit, even on the long weekend.

We flew in from NC for my Nephews wedding in Newburyport! This was the perfect location it was close to church. Beautiful beaches, beautiful cottage, and it had everything we needed for our short trip! We loved the cottage, maybe we could come back to visit in the future! Out trip was too short. Beautiful place

The property is great and actually much more spacious than the pictures show. I came with my family and there was definitely enough space for group hangs and privacy. The views were great and this place is probably an absolute dream In the summer. The kitchen was super well stocked with dishes and cook ware. However, we stayed over Christmas and it seemed like the house was not really prepared for our stay. There was some trouble with a leaky roof the first night. That being said Bill was super responsive despite being out of state. We were even partially refunded a portion of our stay very easily. The heat doesn’t seem to reach all rooms if it’s cold, but that seems to just be a fact of these types of beach houses.

Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. We stayed for a week and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the home and it's convenient location. Can't wait to come back!

In addition to being comfortable and convenient, the house is extremely well-equipped and well-maintained. I say this with some reticence, not because it's not true, but because it may prompt VRBO users to rent it at times I'd like to in the future, which I definitely will.

We had a great week at this property. The house has great bones - great A/C and heat, propane stove that cooks things immediately, plenty of hot water including outside shower, quick wifi. The upstairs deck has a recessed partial ocean view. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, linens, blankets, kitchen items including keurig cups. Location is perfect - away from the public beaches but with 'across the street' access to the beach. If I had to pick one thing to improve it would be the kitchen cabinets and countertops. But not a big deal at all - we're going back next year!

The deck is a great place to spend your evenings relaxing. There's a small backyard, which we used during the day between beach and shopping trips. The only downfall, for me, is leaving!

Perfect Summer Vacation!
Bill’s house was perfect: a minute from the beach, short walk to ice cream and the Sunset Grill, and a quick drive to downtown. (If you even need to go down there—the house was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, to include a cribbage board and even batteries for the remote control.)

We had a great time at this property. The property manager was super responsive and friendly. The house has everything anyone could need and was clean and right across the street from the ocean. We had a wonderful time.

The house was wonderful! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location to the beach was perfect for quick trips back to the house with our 3 year old. Our family really enjoyed our trip to Plum Island and would recommend this house to visitors. We hope to come back!

Great place...so close to the beach. lots of kitchen goods. nicely stocked with things like salt, pepper and olive oil. I bit noisy since its on the main drag in town and it was Labor Day weekend, so likely quieter at other times. Having an umbrella on the upstairs deck and for the beach would have been nice.

Family friendly property steps from the beach!
We had a wonderful stay at the end of August 2021. The house was clean, well stocked and very easy to baby-proof for our active toddler! The bedrooms are huge and bright, and the upstairs deck was our favorite spot (my toddler’s was the outdoor shower!). Can’t beat the location either, a short path to the beach is right across the street. Our favorite spot to get food turned out to be the Plum Island Kitchen, which was just steps from the house as well!

Another great vacartion
We love this house! This was our second year coming here. My third stay. My daughter liked it so much she booked 4th of July week, of this year.
Next year is already booked. The house is great,clean and roomy.
Bill is available if needed. He sends a text to make sure everything is good. I highly recommend this house. The beach is literally across the street.

Comfortable place for a lovely vacation
As a family, we've been coming to Plum Island for decades, and we've stayed at fancier houses, but the layout and space is perfect with kids, and I love a screened porch, and the upstairs deck is my favorite place to be with a book. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean, and the dining table fit us all for games in the evening. We look forward to returning!

Was a well located place so much to do within 45 minutes. Stores and restaurants close by beach 3 minutes away walking. Fishing was excellent water was fairly warm. The Fishing store down the road very friendly. The house was up to date but still a little old school. Plenty of amenities. Very quiet. Great views of sunrise and sunset. Greatly recommended

Mad Martha's almost next door that has the best menu on the island - you have to do a breakfast here. Although it rained all day Monday the sites and sounds of nearby Newburyport kept both the adults and kiddies entertained. We biked to Bob Lobsters and down the nature reserve to beautiful Sandy Point. Outdoor shower every night before long uninterrupted sleep. Perfect vacation.

This home is a dream! We stayed here from November through May while our home was undergoing renovations and never wanted to leave! You cannot beat the location or views from this home. You can see the ocean and waves crashing from the upstairs bedrooms and roof deck. You also have the basin on the other side ensuring you always get a nice breeze. The couches and beds are extremely comfortable! There is a huge smart tv in the living room, WiFi and a great home office setup where I worked from home for six months. There is a newly renovated bathroom and also a half bath upstairs. The driveway fits 4-5 SUVs and there is also a patio, outdoor shower and yard. Over the course of our stay a couple small things came up and contacting Bill was like reaching out to your dad. He responded immediately and resolved the issue immediately. I cannot recommend this home, or Bill enough! He was absolutely wonderful, including asking how our renovation project was going and to see if we would need to extend, which we did, at least twice, maybe three times! Even though we live locally, we will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful home!
