Абсолютно все! Начиная от места расположения, заканчивая архитектурой, уровнем обслуживания и персоналом. Все идеально! Спасибо большое! Я влюбились в Катар, я влюбилась в отель! К вам хочется вернуться снова! Просто нет слов, одни эмоции! Отдельное спасибо сотруднику по имени Иракли за высокий профессионализм в своем деле! Благодаря ему, наше пребывание в Дохе стало красочнее! Так же благодарим Мариам(Майрам) за внимание и отзывчивость! Спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля за теплый прием и добрый посыл! Ребят, вы лучшие! It’s nice that you have some sport activities like Paddle, Badminton , Tennis or even the kids club but those that you have are costly, so I suggest to reduce their fees.

I loved everything about the property, it was very clean.

One worker in particular kept questioning me and my husband about our changing of money, also any time we changed money she seemed to be unsettled. Maybe she had a bad week? Not sure but other than that 10/10.

المستوى اصبح سيء جداً هذه كانت زيارتي الخامسة واصبح المكان لايطاق المعاملة من الاستقبال الموظفة ورئيسها سيئة و طلبت العشاء باربكيو في الفيلا الطعام سيء وقليل جداً بالنسبة لالفين وخمسمئة ريال الموظفين لايوجد لديهم مرونة في التعامل مع الزبائن والمفقودات لاترجع أبداً حتى لو تواصلت معهم والنظافة كل ماطلبتها قذرة جداً حتى المهملات لايخرجونها شيء بصراحة لايطاق خسرت المال ووقت الإجازة للأسف

The level of service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were always ready to assist me with any queries or requests, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. ( special thanks to Bonita )

i liked it all but i wish the swimming pool was a bit deeper

Simply amazing. This is the best I have ever been to, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is simply amazing, the service and staff go overboard to make sure your stay is great

Possibly the best facilities at any resort in Doha. The outdoor pool was huge and well maintained and the indoor facilities were great to relax at during the afternoon heat in Doha. Customer service was top notch. Our check in was delayed and the manager allowed us a super late check out the next day to make up for it. Restaurants at the hotel were amazing too

Interiors of the room felt a bit basic compared to the rest of the luxury feel of the resort.
