The service was excellent, and the stay was wonderful. A special thanks to the receptionist, Abu Bakr, for his exceptional professionalism and perfect treatment. He made our check-in and stay extremely comfortable.

Room was spacious and comfortable, but the furniture perhaps a little dated. Nice view of the Torch when lit up at night.
Good spread on offer at the breakfast buffet despite the hotel not being overly busy, and there was an egg station - I chose a freshly cooked omelette. All staff very courteous and professional, Kenza particularly at the front desk was helpful.
I couldn't find any USB sockets in the bedroom. Also, we emailed ahead to request an iron and ironing table to be available for our immediate use and explained it was because we would be rushing to attend an event upon arrival. Hotel replied it would be arranged. However, these were not supplied until after we had checked in, so we had to wait for it to be delivered to our room causing a small delay unfortunately, which was exactly what we had wanted to avoid.

It was our first time at hotel, we are family with 2 kids. Abu Bakkar at reception was exceptional. He was extremely cooperative, kind, and welcoming, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even recommending nearby attractions and malls and explaining distances and directions. His friendly smile and genuine care made a big difference.
Abu Bakkar is an excellent example of outstanding customer service. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming!

Breakfat, Room, Pool, Everything inside the property was good.
Unwanted local crowd wandering inside the premises, which was very much bothering.
