I liked everything about this hotel especially it got vibes, very suitable for youngsters. In addition, I would like to give a warm and special thanks for Mohammed Al-Shamkhi and Sana'a Al-Blooshi (Reception) for their epic service and continuous smile. They will help you with everything you need, smooth and professional handling and very friendly which gives you the feeling as if you know them for a long time, they are professionals and not anyone can achieve this level, I wish them the best in their career and future and hope to see them in higher ranks, they totally deserve it. Furthermore, Karen the star of the (Living Room) where you get your order in an eye blink, with a warm smile without mistakes. Karen completes the (Living Room) and not the way around. W Muscat is a special place and the people who work there makes it more special. By the end of the day it's all about good times. Thank you guys for everything. See you again soon :)

W Muscat should take more care of guests who stay for long durations. More offers, discounts and upgrades will do us really good.

Gym is good for hotel standards. Stayed at W just because Crowne Plaza was fully booked, and kinda regreted it..

Pushy staff. You order a meal on a sunbed and they come in the middle of your meal to charge, interrupting unnecessarily. Food is average or just a little bit below average. Also, due to some urgency I had check out 1 day earlier, and they still haven’t refunded me. Neither they are responding to Booking. Views are nothing special due to hotel design.

The restaurant wasn’t prepared for the guests during breakfast time. It took so long for the restaurant to arrange the table silverware and bring simple things like napkins. Also, I waited almost 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. I wanted more coffee after the first cup but gave up on waiting

Reception and cleaning stuff We forgot sandals in the room and multiple charger. We are sure that they were left in the room as we have pictures made in the room before we left the room. All forgotten things were inside of the room. However, none of items were found. 5 star hotel … Ashame

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Ein riesengrosser schöner Pool - manchmal mit fast zu lauter Musik. Das Hotel ist sehr modern. Viele junge Gäste, diverse Bars auch ganz spezielle mit Lichteffekten. Das Buffet im Hauptrestaurant ist sehr schmackhaft, es gibt Themenabende - das muss man an der Rezeption in Erfahrung bringen. Das Chinarestaurant ist der Hammer

Der Strand ist öffentlich, was ja positiv ist. Dadurch hat es leider auch keine Liegen am Strand, was ein bisschen schade ist.

Second time I've stayed here and just had the best time! We got a great room that was facing the ocean and the staff were all very helpful and great! The pool is also the best and you can access the beach from the back of the hotel which is amazing HIGHLY recommend

Not an issue for me but we stayed on the weekend and there was lots of music and the pool had an event so if that's not your vibe maybe don't stay on the weekend. Though they give you earplugs and give full notice the music will be loud depending on your room so I think that's really thoughtful and what I think separates 5 star hotels - how thoughtful they are in anticipating their guests needs/wants

View, location and facilities are fantastic. The staff is always available. The pool is fantastic. The buffet menu super rich.

Some parts of the hotel, like rooftop bar, are not open for kids.

Die besten Betten seit langem. Zimmer sehr schön, Hotel sehr trendig und stylisch. Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten. Direkt am Strand gelegen mit einem schönen Blick über das Meer.

Uns (und unseren Kindern 19+21 Jahre alt) war es zu laut. Nicht nur am „Party-Freitag“ sondern generell. Musikbeschallung von Morgens bis spät Abends, die auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern (wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Pool/ Meer) zu hören war. Zusätzlich Lüftungsanlagen etc. Die Zimmer mit Gartenblick sind etwas ruhiger, dafür fangen dort morgens die Rasenmäher sehr früh an. Der Service war meistens sehr nett und höflich, allerdings mit kleinen Einschränkungen im Steak-Restaurant.

The property is well located near the opera house. Everything is nearby the shopping centre, also the restaurants all the surrounding is very clean. Nice area to walk around superbly clean property I travel a lot myself. I like staying in nice hotels, but this one was very special. Very nice excellent in every way
