Enjoyed our month at the cottage. Location was good for beach and restaurants. Manager was great to respond to our texts. Coming back next year!

We spent a couple days here after holidays with th family. Location is great, beach access is great. I only had two concerns - the bedding was scratchy (I’m picky that way), and the head of our bed was a wall away from the traffic, which could get noisy, especially if an emergency vehicle was going by. Scott is a great host, and communication was awesome. I would stay here again for a short stay. Thank you for sharing your property!

My family and I stayed a week at this property. It had everything we needed & expected. The property is in walking distance to so many different adventures to choose from! Management was beyond helpful & answered any questions in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this property & we will be eager to choose this property if given the opportunity again!

It was super cute and had everything we needed. Close to everything also. It was also nice to know i could call or text if anything came up. Very nice place and will hopefully be back next year if available.

Property was cute but multiple issues with electrical and also quite a large coating of drywall dust everywhere. Property Mgr was contacted after a few missteps. He seemed to be in a bit of denial but after I sent a video of surging bathroom lights and appliances that had been off and on all night he agreed there was a problem. First repair was ‘a bad outlet’. This, however , was NOT the problem as the surging and power outages continued.. I’m now in day 3 of 4 1/2 days booked. Property Mgr let me move next door into a much smaller unit with no dishwasher, limited supplies overall but the brightness from the windows was great. Unfortunately, there was a problem with this unit as well. Drywall dust everywhere and the toilet and sink were both plugged and now I’m waiting for ANOTHER repair man and this is supposed to be a vacation… I have to deal with things like this at home, didn’t plan on it for a vacation. Property Mgr offered a return to the previous unit that was now ( supposedly) fixed. Nah- that was enough shuffling for me. When I returned home the following day I considered all the hassles I’d gone thru and felt I was due a refund. After much back and forth I was given basically a day’s refund. Not exactly generous. My opinion on this/these units is that they are cute, old, good location. There is no real checking by the owners or property mgmt as to the condition of the units. Obviously there were a great amount of repairs done, likely after the hurricane. My

OMG! I can’t believe how wonderful this quant little two bungalow is. The property is well kept, and the amenities were everything one would need. Such as outside grill (very clean and useable), beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, wagons, boogie board, swim noodles and much more. The location is literally two minutes from the beach and a five minute walk to John’s Pass which is a must see if you have never been to the area. Everything one would need is provided, all you need is your outfits. My only suggestion for the homeowners would be to provide updated plugs for cellular phone, tablets, watches as there were no ports for USB cords. We will most definitely reach out to Scott for our next stay in that area. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to stay.

This adorable, modern cottage is just steps away from the beautiful gulf shore. Conveniently located (walking distance) to John’s Pass and local breakfast cafes (Lisa’s & Sweet Brunette). I had a very relaxing vacation. Thank you.

Adorable cottage super close to the beautiful beaches of Madeira. Clean and very well appointed. We’ll be back!
