Location is pretty good, few minutes walk to Juso station and through a small shotengai. Lots of options for either quick eats or sit down restaurant. The property itself had an elevator with a camera so you can see if anyone's on it before boarding on the first floor. Plenty of room in the apartment - I was solo but could easily accommodate a couple more people with the double bed and sofa bed. Air conditioning was a plus during the summer weather. In-room washing machine came in handy and I was easily able to dry my clothes in the shower room.

Been staying many times and really nice location
Big stains on pillow itself , but pillow cover was clean .

Location is awesome. Very close to the station (Juso) that is hop over to Umeda or Shinosaka. There are lots of restaurants and shops (Shotengai), supermarkets, combini, etc.
I wish the cleaning is a bit better/deeper (bathroom, balcony, kitchen) for my standard. But they are very responsive to our requests and that is great.

Nothing
The apartment was actually just a small studio, which was not made clear in the listing. The photos and description were somewhat misleading, and I expected a larger space based on the information provided. I think it's important for future guests that the listing clearly states it's a studio to avoid confusion or unmet expectations. The toilet was separated to two parts the bath area and the shower area. The apartment lacks essential items required by tourist or tenants such as iron, glasses, small dining table, couple of chars at the balcony.
