The location was great! And the beds were so comfortable…so comfortable ! (Would like to find out where to get those mattresses;) ).

Location

The bathrooms could have been cleaner as I found hairs on the floor. A safety mat in the bathrooms would have been helpful as my aunt had mobility issues and therefore did not feel safe to shower. We were concerned about leaving marks on the table from cups so placemats would have helped. The side table in the bedroom was cracked but fortunately not a danger.

Great well appointed flat in a fantastic location in Bath

Location was excellent, close to train station, close to centre of town. Very clean. Liked how secure it was. The hosts were great and very accommodating. Instructions for codes and finding the key very clear.

Didn’t like hauling luggage up the stairs - we obviously didn’t read the description well before booking. The place also smelled musty, as though it hadn’t been aired often enough.

A lovely clean appartment with excellent facilities throughout. Very central location and easy to walk to main attractions. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Cleanliness, size of flat , airy, beautiful high ceilings lots of natural light. Great communication with owners, great recommendations. Car park was very handy and once you download the App easy to manage.

Finding it was difficult because no number on the building and no name on the street. Would have been helpful to have been told the intersection (Man era and Henry) and/or the fro t door to building is bright red! The key access was very awkward because it was very low on the wall, also it was my first time using such a device and I had no idea how to find the rollers for the numbers. If the one opposite flat had not already had theirs opened, I would never have figured it out! Forgot there was no lift . The walk up with my suitcase was was okay but a little hard on my almost 75 year old body. Good exercise though.

The saniflo in the en-suite was noisy.

Central location. Cleanliness of apartment. Cozy and beautiful decor.

Closeness to a very noisy nightclub with early morning revellers causing disturbance!
