This place is an oasis of comfort. It's a lovely house with all the facilities you would want: comfy bed, very nice bathroom, nice terrace, good fan (also A/C and tv but I didn't use those). Host/owner Uwe was lovely and very helpful with arranging transport. I enjoyed the meal very much as well. The owners and beautiful dog Sammy live in the other house on the property, the garden is very nice. The pebbly beach is just a few steps away. You can see Cresta De Gallo from there, ideal to make the hop. This Ferienhaus is a real gem, I didn't expect this level of comfort out here. Worth every pesos.

I was happy to have any signal this far out of town, but there is occasionally wifi/4G. Apparently the last typhoon knocked a 4G-tower out of service, normally it should be fine. I did have 4G-signal on the beach with Smart (even on one side of Cresta De Gallo).
